DO NOT IGNORE THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS! The resort is grossly mismanaged and understaffed! Food prep and maintenance are negligent. The buffet buildings have an ongoing foul odor, flying insects, as well as birds hanging out. Food is not maintained at proper temperatures and all settles to a warm room temp rather quickly. It was the same food everyday at the buffets during our 5 night stay. We had issues getting restaurant reservations even though one of our group got with our concierge even before we got into our rooms. We were initially told that ‘buffets will have to do.’ We spent the first 1.5 hours after checking in arguing for restaurant reservations. The Mediterranean restaurant was ok. Japanese ok … however, while beef was undercooked the rice was overcooked to a crunchy hardness. Food at Italian was an overcooked bland blob of something. The rooms are old, moldy, and nothing works correctly! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I just stayed there for the past week. It’s very impressive for being so cheap. Like the video mentions, the staff is very friendly and there’s a security guard on duty. The furniture is relatively new and modern since the hotel itself is new. Basic, but it had everything I needed including an excellent working AC. I look forward to staying there again.

The worst experience and the worst resort we ever been stay ever TRUST ME or you will obsoletely regret. There are no fresh water even tap water or shower all salty swimming pool salty and dirty as hell extremely dirty every where in the resort all staff members acted like we are a homeless people asking for a place stay especially a front desk and the cook acted like we are begging for food any way over all just no body f-cking care about guest at all The food is horrible DO NOT believe in those pictures or great reviews they are all fake hotel can purchase great reviews now and picture can be edited JUST DO NOT GO WHALA BAVERO

I was just at this place (July 09, 2024 to July 12, 2024) and it was decent. I would go back to it!

This place sucks. Roaches in all our cabinets crawling on dishes and pots. Also coming out of drains in bathroom. Black mold in restrooms and very dirty rooms with hair all over the corners and sand /dirt!! Why pay a cleaning fee if the maids barely clean the place??? So disappointed!!! And indoor pools are all closed and has been loud construction drilling and hammering from 8am every day 😡

To: The General Manager, On the 4th of July, at approximately 1:30pm whilst waiting to check in with my son, I was sitting quietly at the corner of the restaurant as there was a huge boisterous crowd at the front reception. I am not particularly fond of crowds, hence I have booked a suite room. I was confronted by an extremely shrill and condescending man from the front reception accusing me of disturbing the rest of the patrons in the restaurant?! I was astounded by his delirious and delusional unprofessional behaviour! How was I a nuisance to the other patrons when I wasn’t even making a sound, sitting quietly at the corner of the restaurant? He continued his tirade with me. Told me he would check me in and grateful; I thanked him but he couldn’t hold himself up professionally, he clearly has anger management issues. Instead of heading to the front reception desk, he stopped in the middle of the lobby and demanded quite loudly for my passport. To which I replied; isn’t he supposed to check in the hotel reservations system first, the name of the check in guest as it was booked under my son’s name! He retorted aggressively:” You are in “MY” hotel now and when I ask for your passport you give it to me!” I was speechless from his hostility and took me a moment to recompose myself; I replied nicely that I would; if he asked nicely. To which he rebutted me; it’s either I give him my passport or get out! Yes; he literally used the word “Get Out”. Almost loosing my last ounce of patience, I told him, he has anger management issues! That’s when he instructed his colleagues to contact the Police. Right in front of all the guests in the Lobby, he wasn’t even embarrassed to be creating a scene from a no issue. I agreed and decided to wait for the Police to handle this unreasonable and unruly man who works at this hotel! But his aggression doesn’t want to leave me alone to wait for the Police to arrive; but took it upon himself to snatch my bag from the chair with the intent to remove me physically. My patience to keep cool evaporated and warned him to keep his hands to himself and back off from my face as he was too close for comfort. His other colleagues came to separate him from moving towards me. He then decided to grab my spectacles on the desk! Now, I have absolutely no idea why would he want to grab my glasses on the table but anyone would assume that was a move to damage one’s personal property. PLEASE WATCH THE CCTV! The evidence of his unnecessary hostility and aggression was totally out of line! I warned him to NOT touch my things nor touch me. To which he responded that: “if I touch you, you will not be standing anymore and will be laying on the floor!” I told him; I would like to see him try! Upon which the other staffs pulled him away from me! PLEASE WATCH THE CCTV! I told him he was a racist to which he replied: “Yes, so what!?” I waited for almost an hour but police did not arrive but I was harassed by the restaurant manager for my passport repeatedly! Until I decided to video record him for his impertinence, repugnant and pugnacious behaviour! That he left me alone! I can send you a copy of the video recording upon request. I have many business associates who rented yachts and travelled extensively here! I would not tolerate and neither would they tolerate such unethical aggression and hostility coming from your hotel staffs! This incident with your unprofessional pugnacious and belligerent staff would be made across my corporate management board! We will no longer allow such racism and bullying from your staff with severe anger management issues!!! I seek a redress and a service recovery from your senior management!
