Well see you ask a very good question and you will see different ideas about it since as you said it very open ended and from does like to do this. You can also find a lot of videos that talk about what people think allmind goals here on youtube. (Of course give it time and from might put a lore book out that tells us things the game does not) But I'll try my best to give you what the game gives us. As throughout the game the release of coral seems to be allminds goal and its really the only thing it talks about. Ayre outburst however has lead to the idea that allminds goal was not to let the coral be free, but to create this super race of human and coral put together. Symbiosis is where two creatures benefit from one another, however in this case allminds goal would be creating a new being. It goes back to the ai of ac1 idea of guiding humanity to a better future, this idea has been seen as allmind end goal, not this idea of two species living together and benefiting each other. But instead making a better future for human kind by mixing them with coral. But again as you have pointed out the game only gives us this line and some peeks into allmind which most of the time is about coral release. There really is nothing that states what the goal of allmind is in black and white. I will write here personally I'm not totally onboard with this idea that the ai from ac1 and allmind share the same idea to help humankind. As allmind does talk about how easy chains made of humans are easily broken in the mission MIA. The ai from older games did not have this idea of merging humans with other not that they had the choice, instead they use cold calculations to work out what was best for human kind, who had to rise to power, who needed to be take out etc. In my own opinion this outburst and allminds general look on humans suggest Allmind goal is to create a future of new beings that it can control. However when allmind is taken out by 621 and ayre, its plan is stopped as it can't do anything as ayre and 621 release the coral sending it out without any control or plan in place. Coral is free and humanity outcome is unknown.

Well you can say Anatolia mercenary used a GA L thanks to him being sponsored by them. It would make the most sense. But i don't think i have or found anything that confirms this as the case. But then again it be a pretty boring choice if everyone got stuck with the same next choice.

@@armoredcorelore Its like with Strayed we are basicially the puppet of Omer/Orca for 2/3 of the game. Same with the Raven and GA in 4. But I am happy have such a variety of starter NEXTs in Gen 4. 🧡

My personal favourite ac game is Formula Front, gameplay wise i enjoy watch the ai trying to beat each other up to sometimes hilarious results and the lore found in the ps2 version really sold its world to me.

It is a good theme.

Both are very good, i should have used them. But the high vocals for them just ended up fighting my own.

Ha ha I'll be honest there is always a game element that can not be escaped. But if we want a lore idea there has always been an underlining idea within ac that corporations tended to turn a blind eye to mercs who attacked thier stuff and then helped them later. Most do not attack mercenaries due to contracts and fear the back last if they do and on Rubicon the corporation at the time had very little to work with. They only had the ac's they brought in and we never really know the distance between thier home base and Rubicon 3, so as a guess they would turn a blind eye to a lot of the mercenaries action as today foe could be tomorrows friend.

I don't think Armored Core has ever given a real option to customize UI now that I think on it, which to be honest, should be a thing. But that would probably be alot of side development work for the game makers, instead of carrying over the simple bits.

It is, plus it really helped with the build up while you played the game as you wondered what was beyond the silent line and when you got their it was very cool to find out what it was and the foe there.

I think a remake would be nice, but then again i like to think with emulation as it is now. I think there is nothing wrong with playing these games on a pc if you can or the original hardware. I admit i do dislike this high pricing of ac games as they are games meant to be played not collect dust.

Ah to be fair i was more my fault with audio. I am and always will be learning with audio and who know maybe one day I'll do a monster long video containing all the story of.

I mean we do quite a selection of mts within ac6. I just think the story did limit what could be done in this area being away from thier base and relying on a third on planet party to build your work force. But i would like to see some old school mts with the corporations colours.

@@armoredcorelore I hope if a DLC or second 6th gen AC game makes it in we see more about the Rubiconian Corporations, or an expanded range of weaponry that was previously unavailable regardless. Still loved the game like previous titles.

In that case i would suggested RPCS3, its a good emulator which has severed me well. I don't use it to record my videos as i still have my old ps3 set up, but if you want to play its as good as any. Of course be sure to download it from the official website only just to be safe (They also have a youtube channel as well) . I know there is a few known issues with textures for 4th generation games, but i believe they have been fixed now. And of course it goes without saying be sure to only dump your own disks of the games.

Oh roadie really did. Honestly for a next that is considered to be one that weak ams pilot use, the ai is pretty good with it. PLus lisa is just not built to take on four nexts armed like this.

All my homies fear Roadie, if the missiles doesn't take you out then his Bazooka arms will. Pretty much the best strat is to spam flares and dodge until he expended all of his ammunition, EN weapons can help but his firepower would krump a chunk of your health before you can lay a finger on him.

There is all sorts of ideas and theories about what made old king the way he is. Lisa being one that his craft is named after a loved one wife, daughter etc and thier death in this corporation run world is what drove him to be this way. His mindset came from the 2nd ranked Sadhana who king knew and perhaps was friends with as a normal pilot. The list goes on.

Did not notice the friendly fire very neat and ah it just one of those missions where there is really is no meat to it. Story wise its impactful, but for a run it rather boring. Honestly i am stilling running it and still can only take out 2 of the four nexts.

To be fair to old king, i don't think he was going to take the mission. I think he went along with strayed just because otherwise he'd be on the run and hunted down by the league. So might as well live and die by the gun.
