marina bay sands, not marrina mall. the hawker centres u went to were tourist traps expensive prices, not many locals go there , next ur in Singapore head to the heartlands where the locals live, we have better food there. bedok hawker centre, tekka centre are good places to start, geylang serai hawker centre is another food heaven, very cheap prices too , bao means bun, bao bun basically mean's ur saying bun bun twice
the white bun u ate had lotus paste inside made from The seeds of the lotus plant/flower. a common sweet filling for desserts in Asia it's not the lotus brand biscoff that u were thinking of hahahha cute tho.

You need to come to Singapore from June 15th to August the 9th. On August the 9th is our independence day. We have fighter jets and fireworks every Saturday from June 15th to August the 9th. You love Singapore.

I mean of course they tend to be more visible when they are trained but not just body fat, also where you tend to have body fat plays a big role. And of course it is way more important to be healthy and fit than to look good. So keep training your muscles, best in a way that is fun to you ❤
100% agree with all you said Raphaela 👏🏻💗 how toned/shredded/lean somebody is does not equate to how healthy they are 🙆🏻♀️ train for fun, healthy, performance & strength and if you are after a body comp goal then play around with your nutrition to make those changed
Also genetics play a massive role, especially for girls and women. We are biologically predisposed to have a higher level of fat deposit around our abdominal organs, so it may be very difficult or impossible to attain this even with exercise.
Yes totally! Genetics play a massive role 👏🏻 for some women it will require them to get to an unhealthy level of body fat to see defined abs - which might compromise their healthy, menstrual cycle and mental well-being.
O, tell me, what should I do?
To see visible abs it comes down to the level of body fat a person holds. In order to drop body fat one should eat in a calorie deficit (eating less than they are burning). We cannot spot reduce body fat though, so generics will also play a role. I suggest create a small deficit to start with (300 less than your maintenance) and monitor your progress over time, stay patient, and make adjustments to calories if needed

Hi! I am planning to go to Bali too with one way flight, undeteremined period and I would like to ask you how and what type of visa you applied for ? Thanks
Hey there Aylin 🥰 so I got the B211 visa which is a business visa. It allows you stay in the country for up to 6 months (you have to renew every 2 months and one caveat is that you can’t travel outside of the country within that time frame). Another option is to get VOA (visa on arrival) which allows you to stay for 30 days, you can extend that to 60 days and then you have to leave and come back if you want another extension
