Biomolecules/How to analyse Chemical composition?Class 11,NCERT ,NEET
In this video learn about the Biomolecules.
Biomolecules are the carbon compounds which are present in the living organisms.
Biomolecules are of two types
Micromolecules and Macromolecules
Micromolecules are the molecules which comes in filterate and have molecular weight of 18 -800 dalton
Macromolecules are the molecules which comes in Retentate and have 1000- 10,000 daltons molecular size.
How do we analyse chemical composition of living organism?
There are two methods for that
Chemical analysis
Ash analysis

But my doubt is ..in gel we get for one person we get many bands...of different size chote bade har ek insan k. Ek insan ka same pattern milta hai Lekin mujhe RE kis tarah se cut krta hai aur fragments ek hi insan k chote bade kaise bante hai wo samj nahi aya hai. Kya ap jaldi se video bana k ye doubt clear kr sakti hai. Jaise ki RE AGCT cut k aage piche cut krta hai ...aur chromosome 11 and 12 of same person... chahe AGCT repeats alag no of times ho jaise 11th me 5 times hua repeat and chromosome 12 me 10 times hua repeat Lekin enzyme to AGCT k age piche cut karega to us hisab se dono chromosome k AGCT AGCT tukde honge jo ki same length k hai to band to ek hi ana chahiye gel pe But different size band of one person Kaise cutting hoti hai ye samj nahi ata not a single person has talked abt this so far
Aur doubt 2- DNA isolate Kiya , usmese satelite DNA isolate Kiya Phir diagram me chromosome no 11 7 6 dikhate hai ...es particular chromosome me etni bar sequence repeat ho raha hai Jyda bar hua to uska fragment bada banega. Aur gel me piche rahega. To kya hum sirf kuch chromosomes ka hi satelite DNA isolate krte hai? Ya all chromosome ka krte hai
