METEOR SHOWER AMV - ☾☀︎
WE ARE SO VERY PROUD THAT THIS VIDEO IS OUT FOR YOU ALL TO ENJOY!!
Meteor Showers is a project that me and Lost have been working on since last December, and all the way till march. It was, im sure, the largest project that both of us have ever tackled. And truth be told, I wasn’t truly convinced that we could finish it. But despite school and life we did and i couldn’t have been prouder.
It was truely an experience to create something like this and in the progress I discovered many things about me and my work process as well. How much can i get done in this amount of time? How much work is too much work? Maybe i need to switch up my work processes. Im sure I can speak for Lost on that count as well as well, who had the ‘pleasure’ of learning After Effects. I guess what im trying to say is this this project means a lot to us and im grateful to have been invited to collaborate with Lost and work on it.
This wasn’t meant to be this sappy emotional talk lmao, so you know, uhhh don’t worry about that haha
You can find both of us, (Lost and Chip) in the public subscription list, along with Ellikon who composed the trailer remix for Meteor Showers. (If you haven’t checked that out yet, please do, the music is gorgeous)

AW I LOVE THIS ANIMATION! the designs, the idea, and the animation is absolutely gorgeous and I love it so much! I may be a bit biased cuz Meteor Shower is such a personal song of mine but IDC!! THIS ANIMATION IS SUPER SMOOTH AND YOU BOTH DID AMAZINGLY!! thank you guys so much for making this project, this was such a wonderful thing to witness and I don't think I'll ever forget this animation and these character!

That’s is absolutely amazing!!! Is it meant to be an allusion to the recent solar eclipse?
This animation and characters are so cool! I was wondering if I can take inspiration off this concept. I would use two characters from a book series called Wings Of Fire. One sad character lives in a gloomy grey blue setting and then meets a bright yellow happy character who helps the gloomy one feel happy. I would like to maybe host a multi animator project with that and the same song. If not that’s alright!

Everyones talking about how their eyes change after the eclipse but not how their designs change to be more vibrant? The moonwolf's moon on their forehead gains a shadow and the suncat gets a red spot above their nose and a red tail-tip! I'm sure theres more i haven't noticed and honestly theres so many little details in this video its impressive. I don't know if this is intentional either but the way the suncat's lineart is wobbly like their quite literally radiating heat is so ADORABLE- :D
This is one of the BEST AMV’s I have seen yet. And trust me, I’ve seen a lot! The animation is so FLUENT and the emotion even better. Congratulations on this MASTERPIECE and I hope to see more of your works soon. Thank you ❤

Just noticed the wolf’s eyes turned yellow and the sun’s eyes turned blue after doing the eclipse
I love meteor shower and moonwolf and suncat! when i saw the amv i immediatally fell in love with, today i watched it at least 6 times, and i also made fanart of it! tge work you both put into this animation is wonderful! good job!
