Hi everyone! I visited Shirakawago and Gokayama in April 2023, including Ogimachi and Ainokura village, and briefly passing by Suganuma village. In this video, we will start from Takayama station and spend the day visiting the beautiful UNESCO world heritage site and touring the traditional gassho style farmhouses.

    Amazing video, amazing place! I’m planning on going next April, but I won’t be able to bring any clothing for snow. Is there a way to rent this kind of clothing on there?

      Thank you! I didn't see any vendors renting clothing there unfortunately :( I think you'll need to bring it yourself.
