Why does he not have a tourniquet in his kit? And why does he need other officers to disengage the threat to assist him when he was capable of rendering self-aid? And more importantly, why the the world would he put on a tourniquet when he was only shot in the hand? I see this as a complete lack of training, and therefore a lack of professionalism. It was unfortunate that he was forced into that situation, but he has made it very clear that he is incompetent in SHTF situations. I hope for his sake and for the sake of his fellow officers that he trained after that to better himself for situations like these.
