I have no idea how you reached the conclusion it was more like your opponent has a 9 here in the quads hand. Even if they have a 9 trying to get max value from a 9 on a 3393Q board is definitely overly optimistic. A 9 in this spot is a pure bluff catcher, value betting it makes no sense, what are they trying to get paid by? When he overbet pot on the river, that's a polarizing bet, he's either nutted with a 3 or maybe 99 or he's bluffing, either way shoving makes basically no sense. You're value owning yourself against the nutted portion of his range and getting no value out of his bluffs. Some small % of the time you might be able to push another Q off of a chop, but that's about the only positive outcome you can hope for in this spot and hardly justifies stacking off against all the 99 A3s 34s 35s combos that our opponent could certainly have here.
Honestly, once that Q came out, I had dreams of high society and was ready to ship it!!
