Does the name of the song is the scale of the chords?
In part, yes. Underneath the solo, the chords are C, to B (C5 - B5), quite literally ‘Diminished to B’. The same can be said about the riff just before and after the solo, where Muhammed plays rolled chords following the same progression, but with half bar chords. There’s also a case for the name of the track being ‘Diminished to b (lower case b, resembling the flat symbol (♭)), which would also be musically correct; though the tablature book (written by Muhammed himself) has the track listed with a capital ‘B’. The rest of the track is predominantly in the Dominant Diminished scale, with the intro being in Phrygian Dominant.

I was there at the PSOA tent stage! I remember the moshpit was pretty intense! Speckmann was sweating like a pig, sweat flying all around and dripping on his bass guitar. Awesome concert! Almost 18 years ago....insane.
