This happened to me last night was riding top speed down a hill and while braking it turn off on me now I can’t power on, and I noticed that wheel is not locked but I feel resistance when trying to manually roll scooter. Also if I disconnect the yellow and blue cable the wheel rolls freely with no resistance. Could this be that my board blew as well??

Polaris tech here just spent half an hour fighting with that cocksucker and your vid saved me. In Ontario so was about to chalk it up to rust and lack of maintenance but I popped that brake bracket and boom could pretty much spin it by hand. No mention of this in the official service manual either… Thanks brother

pulled the spring. my veh still had only 10psi @ idle hot which is exactly what it had prior to pulling the spring. great info though. thanks. i'll put an oil pump in this one. if that doesn't fix the pressure issue, it gets an engine.

Im going to try this with my Suzuki SX4 that has a rod knock. I did drive it home about 10 minutes after developing the rod knock (3:30 AM and nowhere to stop) so I'm praying the crank isn't horribly busted and i can just put new bearings plus polish the journals.

Did this end up working for you, im just curious because I believe that valve should be closed by the oil filter at all times and only pops up when changing the filter to allow fluid to drain down to the pan.... any reply would be great as im struggling with the same issue and it seems to act up only hott and at idle

Hi, I stripped a couple of the oil cooler screws into the housing. I just got the replacement part and the new housing has no threads? Am I suppose to tap a brand new oil filter housing? Supposedly a genuine MBZ part, please someone with more experience with aluminum parts advise me.

For me, the plastic ring was NOT the issue, the spring itself thats coiled up is what popped off. There was not "sliding the ring over" it was press the spring till it coils back into place..

hey man you've saved my life. i had this error once before, replaced the motherboard. a month later error 21 re-occurs. after checking out your video, gave it a try. and behold there was a loose wire from the battery. save me money and precious shipping time. thanks a bunch! oh, 1 more thing, before it worked again, i tried reconnecting the wires and tested it to no avail. gave it a dash of contact spray on the connectors and gave it a try. boom! working again!

I have an 04 that turns on fine, reverses but when I put it on drive it stalls. I out it back in park turn it on and it drives fine. I can put it in gear after that with no problem. Any clue if it could be a fuse?
