I love how they "stage up" before hitting certain jumps and bumps. It hypes up the crowd and it lets us know that it's not an easy feat. Know what Im saying?

Tuesday Night…. One of those days sandwiched between the weight of the dreaded Monday and Creepin up on the Midweek, mediocre Wednesday. Not knowing it then, but lives would be shifted, tilted on their axis. The day began with a deceptive calm, like a lull in the storm that nobody sees coming. In the twilight of that day, as the sun melted into the horizon, a sense of foreboding lingered in the air, but I just brushed it off. I thought it would be a simple day, mundane, even. Caught in the monotony of life, in all its cruel brilliance. Life, rarely lets things unfold as you expect. The crowd was alive with electricity, their voices rising in a crescendo as Heavy D roared toward the ramp. It was a spectacle that made hearts race and blood pump, the kind of thrill that reminds you, if only for a moment, that you're alive. The wheels spin with inertia, Dust twisting in the air as the monster truck launched off the jump. The shift of the air is felt by all as the crowd moves and gasps as one. The truck now moving in slow motion. Hanging, hovering mid air for a split second before gravity yanked it back to earth with a jarring, bone-rattling thud. That should’ve been the climax! The grand finale. The crowd pleaser. Followed by roars and loud cheers. Celebrating together, a hero’s moment. But fate had other plans….. The truck wobbled unnaturally, and unknowing to everyone, Heavy D slumped, his body succumbing to some unseen terror. His foot, heavy and inert, stayed pressed against the gas pedal. The engine roared louder, a primal scream of something going terribly wrong. The crowd, blind and blissfully ignorant, mistook this catastrophe for a great performance, their cheers ringing out even as his body, camouflaged in plain sight, convulsed in the cab. "Go, Heavy D!" they screamed, their voices full of admiration, unaware that the man they praised, was in troubled , and had already left them in some dark, unreachable corner of his mind. They cheered even louder, oblivious to the danger ahead. Only seeing this masterpiece of equipment, a complete spectacle of a machine, the metal and speed, oblivious to the suffering inside. So close but still so far. The truck lurched forward uncontrollably, crashing through the guardrail. Heading straight for the bleachers of the spectators. It was only then after taking a crowd of people out, that the cheers turned to gasps, panic and confusion replacing the excitement. Some slower people thought to themselves "Is this part of the act?" But there was no act. Just the cold, brutal hand of chaos at play and feeding time for the massive truck. Before we could blink we all see the truck heading straight for Grandma Myrtle! She’s the beloved local elementary school cafeteria lady. Unfortunately, lunch lady grandma Myrtle never stood a chance. Lunch was served to her for a change, as We all covered our eyes as the truck bulldozed into lunch Myrtle, catapulting her through the air launched into the next county. It hurled her through the air like a ragdoll. Time seemed to slow for us all, as we watch as she soared, limbs flailing. The crowd suddenly silent. Like a switch was flipped. The realization of our current situation and forced to face the truth of the matter. Slowly, billowing in like a heavy fog. Finally as almost all at once we all become aware that this wasn’t a show anymore. This wasn’t the encore! This was real. We were shattered and awoken by the realization that the line between spectacle and tragedy is often thinner for most than we dare to believe. We’ve All been cursed. All forced to be Sentenced to a lifetime of disease. With no control of our own. The Very common “It will never happen to me” disease is spreading like wildfire. And so, on that Tuesday. The day after Monday, the day before Wednesday. The day the world shifted, and what started with the brilliance of an innocent sun, ended in the suffocating grip of a night that would never be forgotten. The end.

Man… how does it feel, to be so popular and everybody like you?? Nobody even recognizes me when I walk into my own birthday party. 😔

Hit up rettew motorsports they run a monster truck group, called renegade monster trucks might be able to drive there for a few events.

Its funny that Arena still looks larger than The Golden One Center here in Sacramento, or the Arco Arena we used to have they couldnt fit 6 trucks wide in either of those.
