Yesss! 🤣🤣🤣 Expanding of that as in Mass murder when looked at the volition gained through generational effects of this common problem! mutating in its manifestations Yes ive been hearing the 3rd voice as well, just so insecure to allow it to be heard, not hearing it even expressed so clearly as you are making it heard here...the seeking of this validation of the hearing has been happening here for many years since my first 12 step meeting in CODA then to alanon, on to OA, DA, SLAA,ACA and even before as the disease was being inbred from birth ever searching out there for confirmation of the 3rd voice, yes I've had a strong sense of inability to express this truth as it was intuitively felt as the talking and walking were so often ( mine included) out of sync...thank you for being such an illumination into this bizzaro world dream Weird how the fringe like views and extremes I've been to to quell the sense of disconnect which I assumed was because of hearing a 3rd voice, and therefore resisting compliance yet making myself wrong and finding ways to affirm that denial, yeah felt I was burning myself at the stake! Seems relief is a possibility this side of the dirt...my humble thanks to all who and what have brought me to the home I've always been 🙏

I think going to see a shaman to take plant medicine has value and can be useful in healing physical and psychological trauma in the same way a medical doctor, psychologist/ psychiatrist and AA can heal the action figure and to change destructive patterns and beliefs. Psychedelics, meditation and spiritual practices can give you glimpses of the ultimate. The final step is realized by grace. No action required. At least that's my limited understanding

Reminds me a little of Bertand Russel's paradox (yes, im pasting this instead of writing it): a set cannot contain itself.
