I would encourage anyone looking for a mystery box to order from another company. All the things bipiddi does well, some of their competitors do as well. Bibbidi customer service is incredibly weak. They say it may take up to 3 days but I needed a quick fix on an order and it took over 8 days, several attempts to reach them in many venues. If my word isn’t enough then check the BBB ratings for them.

Btw I just heard there’s a new Butterbeer popsicle at Universal! Which sounds amazing! 😋
