What once was a channel for putting any video up, I tried my hand at a few travel-vlog style trips to accompany my personal travel challenge, but as of 2023 have decided to start uploading my quiz content that I have been sharing with Facebook and Instagram since lockdown and beyond.

A Year after it happened, I forgot to put this on CZcams at the time. Here is me trying to prove amongst a group of young twenty somethings that me, almost being 30, could still 'cut it with the cool kids'.... Unfortunately, 2 pelvic thrusts into my dance routine, I came off the stool, and the whole of my group, the bar, and pretty much most of Hanoi saw my epic fall from grace! How sad... but ...

As I have just started up a brand new quiz. I am hoping to start setting up a website for it, and wanted a video of highlights to summarise what it's all about! So I went back over all the old videos from the last 7 years and edited them into a handy bitesize 15 minute video featuring all the Eating challenges, talent competitions, tin foil parades, speed dating and dodgy dancing. All the intro...

The Video of our decent attempt at a Mannequin Challenge! Perhaps a little too dark, and the camera work a little unpredictable, but fun nonetheless! A good effort by a great bunch of people who turned out the the little corner of Islington that resembled Hawaii! Also in this vid are all the photos from a colourful and boozyful night! Aloha and Mahalo!

Time to test out the Go Pro before my little trip round the world. So with the camera strapped around my head, I had to pop down to the Post Office Depot to pick up a package so combined the 2. Here is my routine trip from Home to Shoreditch Park. Nice and simple, sped up for entertainment purposes! Next time, the scenery will be better!

A Truly One Off Video! What do you do when you've been to a European Country a few times and don't want to film a whole documenting video? Just dance and put some music over the top in front of many Dutch tourist attractions in Amsterdam of Course! Myself and Vern had a great time celebrating my 29th Birthday in style, and when we weren't seeing Florence & The Machine or having a sneaky Brunch,...

2 Years ago, many men went to Barcelona on a stag do. But being 2013, it wasn't about being rowdy, drinking too many beers, getting chucked out of clubs for dancing on podiums... oh no... it was about seeing Spain's well known tourist spot for what it was. So here, in 2015, we look back at some of the highlights, more to put the wives and girlfriends at ease, that this was nothing more than a c...

Did anyone else screen shot a pic of the horse peeing and send it to there boyfriend 😅
This pretentious establishment is NOT some sort of ancient traditional London hotel of legendary status, OK? They may have let in the cameras - very nice of them, thanks. But this doesn't mean we're dealing with "the likes" of Claridge's or the Dorchester. We're not. This place is ludicrously expensive: that's the only thing that places it alongside the Ritz, Brown's or the Savoy. Those hotels are genuinely old and genuinely illustrious. This hotel is genuinely new and genuinely unknown.
I prefer Clariges in London.
I would Pee myself laughing if I met that development at the front desk 😅 & when in Rome do as the romans do ffs. There is NOTHING English about anything to do with the Hotel...might as well be on Mars
The Chinese guests were lovely, tho they would've been just as happy at the local Harvester)
That French peacock GM should be the one leaning on the Arabs to pay their bill.
Place looks a bit retro, like an upmarket hotel in Torquay)
Darvin is Worth more than all the Guests put together
An iron fist in a velvet glove.............Beautiful
Playing the lottery is a 'tax on hope'. Fantastic line
François Xavier is incredible at his job. As a leader and trainer, he should hope that new team members will become as good as him some day. Somehow I don''t think he will train anyone to his level.
Man the Slovak people work hard.. well done
It just goes to show, talent, commitment, respect & hard working comes in great forms 😊
"The lottery is a tax on hope." I love that. I hope he, and everyone else on here are doing amazing.
I truly appreciate the behind-the-scenes moments that showcase the incredible dedication and hard work of the staffs to ensure every guest has a memorable stay. 39:40 was particularly moving-seeing Paul take his grandma to his workplace was heartwarming. I hope Paul is doing well and continues to find joy in his work and spend quality time with his family.
Thank you so much Vic. I do continue to spend quality time with my family. Next month we will all be hosting a special 80th birthday for my nan with plenty more afternoon tea! Thank you for your kind words, glad you enjoyed the programme!
It’s alright for some.
This is modern day slavery. Underpaid staff with no labour stability, is the main protagonist of London Hotel insdustry. Pretending to survive with the minimum wage in a city where the cheapest room is 700 pounds. They all should leave those jobs and see how the industry falls.
Thumbs up to the eastern Europeans The guys don't muck about move fast asf and thorough. This takes me back ages when I was a chamber maid in the city. By lunch time they will be done cleaning 12 rooms I'd still have like 5 to go smh 😅 Respect to these guys 💯
Bravo Darwin, so smart!!!
They may have top chefs, but the fact that 2 men handled the food on that plate without gloves on absolutely revolts me. I personally have seen chefs come out of toilets without washing their hands. How do i know? Because i went in after him and the sink was BONE DRY.😂😂😂. Shame on you you dirty buggers !!! So if they do that whilst being filmed.....😂😂😂
I found it hilarious when he said " oh he is si British, the suit his style". The gentleman in question lives in Venice and had knly just said that his suit was Italian. Of course it is. No one has more class than Italians !!! Thats why they are world famous.
и что интересно, видимо всей прислуге да и зрителям противно даже само слово коммунизм.....
Willful or by mistake hotel property damage should be offered to be paid by guest. If not done so, it proves that fiannacial wealth does not equal culture or civilty. The two things are quite pole apart.
A very British hotel means at least 10 % of the workers are Brits. Watered down properly.
Rather sad.
In 1970 I worked at the Richmond Hill hotel when it was a hotel and there was every country represented working there including the U.S.😊
New concierge Paul bringing his Nan to lunch. So decent of him. Lovely guy.
Thank you! Family means a lot to me, so it was important to show my nan where I worked and give her a taste of the Mandarin life!! Seems like a long time ago now, 8 years!
A luxury hotel as they say 9000 pounds a night and yet they get the same milk potions and sugar sachets as a bed and breakfast or travellodge. Not very luxury
Why would you go to a top hotel and not use valet? Interesting. 😆
I've been to the hotel bar,,, excellent. Though the coat check costs a mint! 😊
That concierge!! He's the best! 😂❤
I don't thnk they're Chinese from China
I find it sickening. People cannot even afford food in many parts of the world. Praise be to Jesus Christ, the righteous judge and the Prince of Peace. Everyone will give an account before Him.
The concierge seems like a pretentious snob.
Nice to see a ( true)Londoner working in one of these Grand Hotels!.It gives it a little more authenticity!
Haha thanks Jerry! There aren't many of us Londoners! When I worked at the hotel before the Mandarin, people used to find it fascinating that I was actually born in London! Hope you enjoyed the programme!
@@pauliohulio Yes,I did& find many of Docu interesting..But as I said I was pleasantly surprised! If u Travel abroad & stay in a Hotel u will often meet a local, but in London that is seen as somewhat unusual& it shouldn't be so!. And I saw one Docu of the opening of 'The Shard Hotel in the city& they were recruiting locally👍..
@@jerryoshea3116 That's how I got the job in the first place. In 2012 after travelling and looking for a new career path, the job centre were advertising for a new hotel in the city. As someone who lived close, they were keen to get some local people in, but of all the people who interviewed (probably at least 50 people) I think me and maybe one other person got the job! I used the 4 years in that hotel building up experience going from doorman to concierge to concierge assistant manager and then went to the Mandarin and learnt a lot more! Now I host quizzes and have been approached by places like the Shard and google which mean I must be doing ok!!
@@pauliohulio That's great to hear& goes to show it can be done& that there is a local pool of untapped talent, which is often not given the opportunity ( and this bias has been going on for many yrs ,the Brit can't or won't do these Job's) Well many will do them, if they're given the chance& u proved that! And where did u manage?
french guy fake
Ah, the lovely Paul O'Grady at Jilly Coopers book launch ❤
Five seconds in - "A Very Britiish Hotel" with a French guy starting it all off - hilarious!
It’s amazing that the super rich can walk out of a one month stay and not pay. I wonder how the average working man would be treated if they tried that behaviour?
Snobs. Teapots. Romancers
How about the phony French Concierge, about as French as a poodle.
françois has the most fake friendly smile :D i love it
françois is the main character
The French Dude Francoise should be doing stand up. He is a funny as fuck
The wealth is obscene and the wages are a disgrace. Slave serving their masters. If I was rich, I'd tip and I'd tip well.
Francois is sooo dramatic 😉
the fu.... concierge thinks he is the general manager
That French guy from concierge is a bitch ! 😂🎉❤
More than 100 suitcases for 1 princess is ridiculous
