On July 8, 2024 at Syracuse airport, Tower gave "clear to land" order for American Eagle 5511, then a couple of minutes later tower gave "clear to take off" order for Delta 5421 while American Eagle 5511 was approaching to the airport. American Eagle pilot noticed that and "Go around", yet both aircraft got near miss for about 600ft at the end of runway 28.

Southwest airline #4805 departed Portland airport Runway 29 at 5:42AM when the Runway was still closed. (It opened at 5:45AM.) After the aircraft took off from the airport, Boston Center ATC talked to Southwest #4805, and let them know about it.

On April 17, 2024, around 4:46PM, at JFK airport on Runway 4L, Swissair 17K had cleared to take off while 4 other aircraft were cleared to cross runway. Tower ATC found that and ordered to reject take off for Swissair 17K. Swissair 17K stopped and avoided the corrision.

On April 20, 2024, around 7:15PM (local time), Turkish Airways flight 198 (Boeing 777-300) took an approach to the wrong Runway. Turkish Airway 198 was supposed to approach Runway 22, but they made a wrong turn to approach Runway 23. Turkish Airways made a "Go Around" and landed safely 25 minutes later.

On April 18th, 2024 at Washington Ronald Reagan Airport, Jetblue 1554 and SouthWest 2937 had a Runway near miss incident. Jetblue 1554 got a clear for take-off from Tower ATC, yet SouthWest 2937 got a clear for cross Runway from Ground ATC. Both ATCs screamed "Stop!" and both aircraft stopped seconds later.

On March 8th, 2024, United Flight 2477 veers off the Runway on Landing in Houston Airport. It looks like the pilot turned right at the runway to the taxiway too fast (about 25 -30 knots) and sled off the taxiway. The aircraft's left main landing gear collapsed at that moment. No injuries to the passengers.

N927CS (Cirrus SR-22T) departed KRNT - Renton, WA around 4PM local time and lost their engine shortly after takeoff. The Cirrus is equipped with the Cirrus Airframe Parachute System (CAPS) and the pilot reported “CAPS” deployment to the tower.

2024年2月19日午後8時過ぎ、JAL2215便に滑走路のラインアップ指示が出た状態で、同滑走路にアプローチしていたJAL2088便に対し着陸許可を出すというインシデントが発生した。 この通話を聞いたJAL2215便が管制官に対し未だ滑走路上にいる事を報告、管制官は直ぐにJAL2088便への着陸許可を取り消した。 この時点でJAL2088便はまだ空港から距離があったので、アプローチは続行され、その間にJAL2215便が離陸、JAL2088便にはその後、再度着陸許可が下りて、問題なく着陸した。

On 2023/12/28, ATC Ground permitted Ethiopian Air Line 673 to tax Runway 34L. Somehow, ETC673 taxied the WRONG WAY on the taxiway and faced another jet on the same taxiway. Later, ETC673 pushed back for opening the taxiway, delaying an extra 30 minutes.

It's monsoon season and the Las Vegas area got showers at night. The lightning flash over the strip went crazy for about 1 hour (around 10 pm) and it really looked like a crazy party was going on the strip. I saw a significant lightning drop every few minutes (not in this movie) and heard thunder roaring in the distance.

We had a Flash flood at Zion Narrows. Fortunately, we were walking on the hard ground when the Flash flood hit us from behind, and nobody got injured. We had to wait a couple of hours until the current gets slower, yet it was more than 150 cfs when we had decided to across the water. We picked up few other hikers while getting back to the trailhead.
