Out-of-the-box issue my S&W Shield Plus 30 Super Carry. Slide stop is getting caught on the slide and will not release to allow the slide to move forward or return to battery. Issue persisted regardless of a magazine being inserted. Downward pressure was required to get the slide stop to let go of the slide. Fixed by slightly rounding the top edge of the slide stop bracket using a jewelers file.
