I bought both sides and set them up as you've described. I couldn't be happier. The accuracy of the cuts is unparalleled. Thanks for a great product!
It appears that the link is no longer good.. For those interested, it's available from the Peachtree website.
Great instructional video. Thanks🫵🏻👍🏻
Very Usefil information for a novice like me. Thanks.
I have a Dubby for years now,and it’s great
MUSIC IS LOUD AND THE DUDE'S VOICE CAN HARDLY BE HEARD... CRAPPY VIDEO TO WATCH!
What dry lube do you use on table top
Not sure if it's very critical, but I recall something about boiling the tires for a few minutes before installing them. Anyone else hear anything about that?
Very, very nice.
Great video learn a lot just got the jig and plan on putting it to good use
What’s up with that music? Louder than the man talking.
Thank you for this video

[Non-solicited comment] I think we need to realize that these products are (for the most part) DIY shop tools. They are NOT precision milling tools. They are just tools to get DIYers one or two steps closer to an end product. For instance, I happen to own an Accuright Log Mill. Is it perfect? No. Can I slap a gnarly chunk of tree in it and just go to town? No. Can I, with a little imagination and improvisation, make it work to at least get acceptable results most of the time? Yes.
Halo I watched the video and liked this piece, and if possible, can you give me a link or website for this piece so that I can buy it from Amazon or any site And I have a question The bandsaw that I used on the saw table is narrow and is not like the existing saw that you explain on it or like most of the saws found in stores that sell carpentry saws Is there a way to solve this issue, thank you, and I wish you a good day and safety and security my regards Abdullah from the State of Kuwait
Would this work to sharpen the 4 cutter blades for a Woodlen Mills # 46 wood chipper
music is way to loud
looks like Peachtree doesn't sell the system anymore. Is that true ?
What was the thickness of the log?
I love mine. I recommend this product.
Adjust the stop, to what? You just see him unscrew the handle then just retighten.
This guy is good at showing us his wood
that is a weak ass scrap bin LMAO
How wide is the 36" long Super Wide Miter Guide track? Does it fit the table on a Rikon 10-326 bandsaw?
To answer my own questions: The Super Wide Miter Guide track is a total of 7 inches wide with a 3/4 slot running down the middle of the top surface. Well made, two 36" extrusions fit together perfectly. The Carter Log Mill works well, but should have lines every 1/2" on the white mdf sled to speed up depth of cut adjustment.
I wonder if this bit would cut plugs on the Foreman?
It's funny to read the comments from those who have never worked with wood before (or probably anything else for that matter) who complain about NO SAFETY GEAR, getting their little pink panties in a bunch. Probably even still wearing a covid mask cuz that's what Brandon says you should do. HAHAHA
I was assembling a Dubby yesterday, reading comments here, it looks like my sled is no longer available. Side note, Jeff Fisher’s video motivated me to build my sled, after watching him make a Dubby sled from scratch. czcams.com/video/QMk63oANSn4/video.html
I have just been using my flexcut knife for a carving project, I was just cleaning it up a bit so I didn't wear my glove , I slipped with the knife and have cut to the bone longways up my ring finger , 6 stitches, ( DON'T BE A DUMBASS LIKE ME AND WEAR YOUR GLOVE) it bloody hurts to .
I’m liking it!
Good video but, for us old guys who are hard of hearing, please soften the music. We have to read lips or listen very closely to catch the subject. Load music or even sometime background music interfere with the message.
How thick/thin does box need to be, in the video box looks like it’s 1” thick all around.
Poor video, you need close ups of what your doing, we cannot see 6ft away.
This ad is old. Peachtree
If they made one for portable table saws, I would certainly get one...
I question why anyone would purchase this sled when you can get a Harvey, an Osborne or Incra mitre gauge. I never had to fool with any of those units to get a perfect cut. Once you do an initial cut on the panel and then do an annual alignment (maybe adjustment) on your blade you will be cutting it again and the panel gets narrower.
Sending my full support gdblesss. 😇👍❤️
I have one of those mask I like it because it's small the only two things I do not like about the mask the rubber around it very hard and when I pull my mask off I got like a cup of water in the mask guess it just sweat of perspiration and that scare me
Hi. Did your saw need a hole for the pin in the peachtree insert?
Ordered a 21 piece set...can't wait....
It is amazing watching how every carver uses the same tools in completely different ways to acheive the same outcome. Being an ACTUAL cowboy and looking at my own boots, I would use a micro gouge to put in the "wrinkles"
Great for a home garage hobbyist that makes picture frames and birdhouses but really has no place in a professional woodworking shop as you're limited by length and width of the piece you can cut.
what's the grit used for the wood?
I have had my Dubby for decades! Bought from Jerry at a KC WW show. Mine is one of the originals with the Wooden arms rather than aluminum. It still works like the day I set it up, it is awesome! And yes I have both sides. Take the time to set up just as Jerry described in this video and it will work perfectly. If it doesn't you took a shortcut.
thanks, very informative 👍
Excellent
... and you can buy different sized router bits now!
I would love to have a Flexcut detail carver and a Flexcut Slip Strop. I don't want to order items over the internet, I rather see what I am getting instead of buying a pig -in-a-poke. Be nice if you had stores/shops in the large cities that a customer can buy sight seen.
Link??..Cant find this anywhere
Too bad but I don’t think the Dubby is still in business. Admittedly I’m late to the party but their web site won’t take an order for this product.
They have a notice on the web site now (4/26/22) that states there will be a few available in May 2022.
@@frankherring6253 thanks!
music is distracting as all get out, found another video without it
