      @johnnyhuang4837 ya this wire controls the exhaust. It rubbed exposing bare wire and then would touch metal and blow the fuse. I would check fuses if you have a blown fuse, you may have a similar issue with another wire. When changing drive modes, it changes exhaust modes automatically, the wires may be tied in together somewhere.

    Pull the bumper off?!? srsly? No need. Just remove the center hood latch. Use a mirror and look through the shutters and see the Pony emblem Post and locking collars. Next, take a 90degree small pick, get behind the pony (from the front) and break off those mounts, just pull on the pony, after you get one it's easy to brake the rest. Next, to install the new pony get a 10" 1/4 drive extension and 7mm socket, use plumbers putty on the end of the socket to hold a locking collar. Next, use the mirror line up the extension, socket w/putty and locking collar to slide the locking collar over the pony pins. you can only do 2 pins b/c the center pin is directly over the shutter center beam.. done in minutes vs hours. Good Luck everyone!

    Lots of dyno videos showing that hi flow cats add a ton of power over stocks and removing cats actually you lose horsepower. It’s usually 5-8hp you lose. These mustangs need a lot of back pressure and totally removing them gets rid of all your back pressure and therefore you lose horsepower. Get some high flow cats and out then back on.

  • @gregmf9427
    @gregmf9427 Před rokem

    Keep it discrete, you wouldn’t want people to know you have All that power from a throttle body spacer. I can’t believe people still fall into deceiving advertising/ marketing schemes. It’s like buying a 90mm throttle body when the intake is 80mm lots of power there. The only thing a throttle body spacers are for is to hide N2O other than that No results on Any dyno.

The one thing I haven't seen is that it makes anything worse, does harm, or makes less power. It makes a cool noise and maybe helps. People buy them and put them on. If your one of those people the video is for you, if not, then why waste the time to watch a comment. Bark up someone else tree.

    What a Joke! Come on ford why u gotta make a simple oil Change more difficult? On my SHO I kept the panel off and a change was sooo simple! 15mm wrench and a oil filter pliers and no joke 5 minutes. Longest part is waiting for the drain. Keeping it semi warmed up speeds up the drain and obviously taking the cap off. I just got my 2020 ST street pack and I really hope it’s not this difficult… as I change every 4-6k miles depending on driving conditions. Castrol edge extended or PP ultra is all I put in my SHO. Castrol edge ext was the best though ran soo damn quiet. I chant believe does still runs semi synthetic blend in these new cars. I really am no longer a fan of M1 I think it runs too much on the thin side and u can hear it in the engine noise. Castrol edge ext is soo quiet. PP Ultra has been a very good 2nd option when prices are crazy.

All the research I did the headers always were 7-10 HP more than cats deletes. The only bonus of cat deletes, if you can find someone to do it, is that it is so much cheaper. Great content... trying to pin down why my active exhaust just recently quick working. I have kooks long tubes & borla 3inch stinger setup... everything beens working fine until recently. Had the only shop I trust pre racing go through the entire system and they found nothing wrong with the way the springs were seated because I heard sometimes the springs can pop out of the little slots the go in. Anyway... they said ford has a recalibration tool to reset it... or I could be something in the wiring but everything checked out. Any thoughts would be much appreciated. I have an appointment Saturday morning with ford but man I don’t want them touching my 5.0! I don’t even use there crappy oil or let them change my oil! Lol.

      Oh and the way the motors go on the borla setup the wires are facing the mufflers not the back end of my stang. And there up from the mufflers & not touching... idk! Really sucks tho I’m sure my neighbors aren’t to happy because it’s loud as hell! Just wished it worked because I paid to have it!
