How did you even do that? I'm too stupid to learn it myself
About 70% of it is tracing over pictures, the rest is finding resources. The really hard part is that it's extremely tedious and you need a high end video editor to get a result as good as this one

The dew point temp can not be higher than the air temp. Ex. You had in Detroit an air temp of 35 and a dew point of 58. That would be a serious snow event.
