This dry-deck is made from Cumaru and covers an enclosed shop area below. The deck and stairs feature Low-Voltage LED lighting to create an ambiance and for safety at night. Do you have the plans for the build?
How much is something like that
This was built in 2017 and was technically a rebuild utilizing the existing foundation. With that being said, this was about $50,000 to build back then, but current prices in the Portland OR Metro area are right around $300-$400+/SF for higher-end new construction.
What are the dimensions?
This garage was 20'x30', sorry for the delayed response!
