Was considering opening GX until I saw the interest rate. Comparing to Australia based ING Savings Maximiser & U-Bank, the 5.5% interest made this decision and easy one.

Maybe can contact with customer service to see what is the issue for that. I can't really give you a right answer because alot of things cam affect like software system or your id has already been registered.
