HDR is no gamechanger for sure... vrr is still the most stupid thing invented.

If input lag is about the same, the difference would be about 12 ms if I'm right. Our reaction time is like 250 ms, pro players has a little less. So, despite the higher RR tends to be more pleasing, It's more of a psychological effect because that 20, even 30 or 50 ms could be our natural reaction time deviation.

You need to tune some of those colors down in the bottom. Your saturation and possibly a few other settings like even your brightness look as if they're jacked up to high.

I like the series s on my 50 inch 4k tv. I set the xbox to 4k but all it does is upscale the stand resolution of the game to fit the size of your tv, looks super good tbh

this video is no thanks to you.. 1080p 24 vs 1080p 32.. imagine how bad the jagged edge on 1080p 32inch!! the solution for person that want bigger screen with same ppi is upgrading to 4k 32 or 2k 27. if you're still using 21 -> 24 monitor of course 1080p is fine..

It really depends on the quality of your display. If you have an OLED TV or monitor, always turn on HDR. from my experience, most mid range LCD/ LED TVs don't have the optimal dynamic color range to support HDR gaming in 4K hence the washed out colors, etc. in that sense SDR will always look better. But the difference is really obvious once you upgrade your display, trust me

Wasted energy When we watching videos, mostly 30fps. Which that mean only use 30hz. Cheapest basic display are 60hz. This already wasted two times energy. Because the screen rendered 2hz per 1fps video (actually it must be 1hz per 1fps so it can more efficient) Why need higher refresh rate Maximum youtube video frame rate are 60fps. And that content can be watched on 60hz devices Why bother? Unless you are richie man So you never think about electricity bill or something For most people, 60hz is enough Thats why even from the most famous phone company, Apple Releases basic iphone stick to 60hz. Also, some games still stuck on 60fps, like genshin impact

The refresh rate doesn’t matter that much when you are a beginner. But when you become better at a game you need to upgrade it.

I can see the difference, it just doesn't matter. One looks a bit more buttery smooth so it's a little pretty. But it costs much more, and I don't respond to things on millisecond scales anyway, so it makes basically no performance difference for me anyway.
