Too dangerous. Tyre life is only 40k kilometer or 4 years. Whichever comes early. It can't be repaired by any technology. So Pl get new tyre. Also don't sell old tyre. Destroy it. Because it will be sold and someone will hit you whomsoever using this tyre

Re-tread's. You used to be able to get these in the UK. I bought Lancia Delta in about 1994 that had them, and the tread peeled off the n/s/r on the motorway! Scary as fudge¡
