I am a very experienced Valheim player with 500+ hours into it, and i say with confidence that Yagluth is the most difficult boss of the first 5. The queen is more difficult than that again, i think the bosses difficulty mirror their position within the game.

I think 5 wolf could kill the elder, the vines that fucks up the AI and they go for them instead the boss, and they do a lot of damage

Probably one of the most underrated house/base design I've seen, 90% of house designs keep using stuff like Black Marble and only show late game bases and what not which is super annoying. Also I don't get why the devs have locked the most nice looking buildings behind late game materials. Anyhow mate, appreciate this video & walkthrough, I've literally had to wait to build my main base just because I couldn't find a nice looking design that is friendly with the early/mid-game materials. LIkewise I found Bonemass the worse, but for the Elder, I placed fire pits all around the place and kept on fire as much as possilble while hitting with my bow....thanks for sharing your rating of the boses.

Eikthyr The reason I put the elder up is bc fire arrows is basically the only route, you have very limited access to meads and gear types, all the other bosses either have a specific cheese to beat them or dont require any

Me and my friend double teamed bonemass recently, the strat we ended up on is to have one person bait him with a bow while the other gets him from behind with a mace whenever there’s an opening

i am very suprised by this list, bonesmass was super easy for me with poison resistance and lvl4 iron mace and moder was the second hardest after the elder, i needed a lot of potions and it took a very long time for me to defeat her but tbf i didnt make a silver sword so it wasnt ideal

To the most brutal to the most eaaaasy: 1) Moder (becomes more brutal if there is a stone golem, a lot of wolfs in the night or worse "you are being hunted" is on). 2) The elder (become the number 1 only if on the battle comes dwarfs or trolls) 3) Yagluth 4) Bonemass 5) Eikthyr

I was mostly unpreppared for all of these fights so I died to all of them, several times Eikthyr, I was brand new, I didnt know anything about the game. It wasnt before like two days after i fought eikthyr i learnt i could run. For the elder, it was the first boss i fought on my own, i was advancing and wanted to give it a try. I had googled that fire is good on it and the pillars couldnt be broken. I still died once with my gear and like 20 times trying to get my gear. But once i got it i defeated it so I count it as 1 death. Now the bone mass is one I didnt defeat. I joined my best friends server and she had just taken care of it so we moved on from there. (I did however start up a new server with a buddy ((this was after i killed the yagluth on my bestfriends server)) and the two of us took him on, and i ended up managing to cheese him. Weird I know but he was glitched out somehow, he kept just running back towards his skull and then I moved closer and he followed while I shot with a bow like 50 times before he didnt even attack and turnt to go back again. (kept doing that) Moder was a bitch, my best friend and I always wanted to go in with minimal knowledge, but we had learnt how effective it is to build holes and hide in them from golems and stuff. So we put this technique to use and shot for the life of us. We died like 2 times each and took a break before retrying from scratch then managing with only one death each. Yagluth was the most rage filled one we did, while Moder was close second. We actually got a 3rd friend to join my best friend and I, it was chaos. She was under equipped and didnt play nearly as much and she allways needed help. We were all under equipped to some extent, but she was still like 2 armors below. We just didnt have it fully upgraded. We were just constantly dying to the meteors which hit like a bitch and lox kept spawning, not to mention there was a fuling village that loomed just close enough to constantly send out those little asses and a tar pit just about on top of it. We were not organized at all, it took us several days, several deaths each and god knows how many "OK THATS IT IM QUITTING THIS GAME!" moments.

That's it! I've seen it all in this game! The wolves developed a strategy using teamwork and awareness in order to complete the objective. The AI in Valheim is sentient!!! and you can't tell me otherwise!!!

I’m genuinely surprised people think bonemass is hard, I was actually kinda underwhelmed half way through the fight cuz he’s just too easy to dodge and he takes massive amounts of damage from clubs. Even when I fought him on my second play through with a battle axe, he still was easy, all be it a bit more tanky.
