What’s the first exercise called?
I call it strict press but military press is another name for it
"I can squat 315 for three reps," he says, even though his form sucks. Keep leaning your chest forward like a dummy, and you will injury yourself. This isn't an accomplishment. You are dumb.

Careful with the big jumps tho man, don’t let it compromise form. I jumped from 365 to 405 and it was a different kind of weight for sure. But good shot man!! Keep it up!💪🏽🙌🏽

Keep grinding! A cue that might be helpful for you is "back off the floor". This will help you hold position off the floor in the clean. Right now, the bar swings away from you, and you compensate by lifting your hips out of position. If the bar were to come towards you off the floor (more active in your lats/mid back), you'll be hitting 260# in no time!
So focus on keeping the back more upright by squeezing the lats? Thanks so much for the tip!
I have noticed my back being used more but i also know my hips come up too quick so i probably should take aome time in the lighter weights just to focus that in
Yeah, it's subtle, but your lats would engage more. Then, as you "push through the ground" that should keep your hips in the same place as you break the bar from the floor. All we're looking for is from the floor to contact the bar is coming toward you. Rather than "looping forward, then around the knee"

Fair question! I try to give more information in my longer videos on my home page like different variations of the squat, or things to think about while squatting. Maybe i should add more of that on shorts.Also i talk about usa weightlifting a decent amount sush as what is going on with the olympic qualifiers as well as world strongest man news. Not necessarily "value" but things i enjoy talking about.This makes me think though and i will try to add more! Thank you
