This is not how you drink mate

I bought calabash gourd from you looooong time ago. It was made by some sort of an artisan I presume ( it has initial on one side. The question is . The gourd is basically round with a small ( much smaller that the gourd’s diameter) neck. How to fill gourds like this correctly? When you, lads, sold them, it was the detailed instructions how, but not anymore. I do try, but failed miserably:(

Where is this gourd made? I found one at Goodwill yesterday in great condition and i dont even think its been cured yet or if it has it hasnt been used more than twice. It had no price tag and luckily no one knew what it was except me 😂 so i got it for an amazing $2.99 Its got the same metal lip design and covered in dark coffee brown leather with the same great stitch work I would be amazed if these actually arent handmade because they look so great but id love to know more about where these come from Love yalls mate btw! Definitely one of the best in the business, i camt get enough yalls traditional looseleaf 👌😁
