The lockdown ladder Exercises * Split squat L R * Push ups * Burpees Complete 10 reps of each, followed by 9, 8, 7 all the way down to 1. Maintain strict form and take rest where needed. Complete the ladder (10-1) in the shortest amount of time possible.
