I had a special case My 2011 Chevrolet Aveo was different. It had an aftermarket radio from the previous owner. I had to remove the plastic U piece at the bottom of the plastic cubby. I then unscrewed 4 screws holding the cubby and radio in. I took out the entire assembly, then unplugged the wires in the back. The radio was held in by 2 screws on the side (should of been 4 in total for me because it was only on the right side.) Unscrewed them and the radio came free. The screws holding the radio blocked me from sticking a knife into the little pocket. I didn't even have a need to remove the front cover. Please don't just run in and hope it'll come out. Explore the surroundings of the radio and maybe it'll be easier or harder.

Thank you so much brother. This video helped me fix my Wagner Flexio (different model) which had sucked in paint into the motor component. It was the same deal with the sticking pins. Once I cleaned these out, the metal pin moved more freely inside. Great video man!

This tutorial helped fix mine. Wagner is making overpriced items that go bad that if you were not blessed with simple mechanical skills, this sprayer would be in the trash. No way paint should make it inside the motor.

Thank you very much for this video, it helped me replace the blower and resistor unit. Had a minor issue with the break lights after since I accidentally pressed the switch in, but then I read that you can just tug on the switch to pull it out a bit, and then reinsert it into the pedal, and that fixes the problem.

If you have your brake lights on permanently after this it's because you pressed the brake button in. It's on a ratchet system so you'll need to pull the button back out somewhat (takes quite some force), depress the pedal, and then put the connector back in, and release the pedal allowing it to depress the button just enough.

Excellent video! The paint backed up in my sprayer unexpectedly. I followed your instructions completely and took a chance to carefully remove some of the paint off the motor wires. I only had problems putting it back together because of the prying to remove the top of the motor. Everything works fine! I am grateful😊

I just took out mine, it looks fine but still dosent work. It works sometimes in all speeds but then it goes of. It can start to work after a longer drive.. Do u you think I need to switch it or is it a loose cable? Thanks for yr video

Hey man, i am looking for Megane with 1.6dci engine... Is it a good engine, it has a chain right? Also, how is the power, is it strong, performance wise? I can't find 2.0dci so i guess 1.6 is better then 1.5

I think this is a great video, thank you, but nobody mentions the magnetic ABS rings that don't come on the new discs. You must remove them from the back of the old discs and put on the new. It's a really important step otherwise the ABS warning light, and the service soon spanner will illuminate permanently without them.
