The problem with removing 4* weapons from the standard banner is that you have to pull on weapon banners which is kind of a waste of primos/fates often since you wouldn't be able to get them from the standard banner. And some characters you need either 5* weapons or 4* wish weapons (Xingqiu is highly reliant on the Sacrificial Sword which already is terrible to get which would even become worse if it wasn't on the standard banner) Maybe not the best pulls but I wouldn't complain personally about Jean

Oof these were rough pulls. Same thing happened to me with neuvillette. Wanted C1 R1, lost both 50/50s to qiqi and Mona then got freedom sworn and skyward sword before getting his signature. It hurt my soul and wallet
