Yes, this module doesn't have an internal clock, so you can feed it whatever you want and always stay in sync.

Inoltre se paragoniamo l'aux dell'x-pan con gli ingressi direct dell'805, sull'x-pan hai il volume invece sull'805 no, a meno che non li mandi attraverso il canale master settato su stereo VCA, in quel caso funzionano allo stesso modo. Penso che l'unica differenza a favore dell'x-pan sia proprio il pan, per il resto l'805 ha più funzioni e possibilità di routing.

If you are asking about the filter envelope because of the 303, this module is not a clone and has nothing to do with the 303, but it has that "acid" character. Regarding the tuning, that's my fault :) I accidentally touched something in the back of the module and didn't notice until I started editing the video. Now I got it recalibrated!

Data Bender and then I added some reverb in post, probably a plugin I can't remember. It sounds like a lot of reverb but I don't think it was more than 10%

Over 2 years of using it everyday, zero issues. I'm no expert but it seems obvious to me that if the wires are isolated it's fine, but just to make sure I asked the experts and they said no problem!

Thanks! The Airstreamer 4 is not a "regular" VCA, just to make it clear that you don't patch the audio coming from the filter into the Airstreamer. It is an envelope generator (among other things) with a built-in VCA that, together with the knob, lets you scale and invert the envelope. Keeping that in mind, sure you can use the Airstreamer 4 as an envelope to control the filter cutoff and scale and offset it with the AMP knob / VCA input. Then the audio output of the filter would go to the next module

Sorry I can't help with the choice of another PSU, but I know that this one can deliver up to 3,5A at +12V and 1A at -12V lines as long as it can "borrow" the extra power from the 5V line. You may try asking on Mod Wiggler, where I'm sure more people will be able to help you quickly.

That's a specific setting of the lo-fi reverb preset, which distorts the sound at higher levels.

@@rayderrich In my opinion it is quite affordable considering the amount of sounds and effects, so I would get one! You can probably find it used for even less.

I rather get one new from the folks who made it, they want to get rid of them ;-) And I agree from what I have seen so far that it does a lot for the money.

Mine worked just for some three months flawlessly. Then, the display began to show pixel mayhem in the upper left corner. Once occured, the malfunction was getting worse every day. The good is, the folks at Erica Synths seem to have excellent service. They sent me a replacement immediately after I've sent the defunct module to them, so our parcels have most likely seen each other somewhere halfways between Latvia and Germany. Blitzschnell! Here's where quality means service. By the way, thank your for your great video!

Also, doing it this way takes so much more time. One day I might switch to talking, then someone will complain about my accent or talking over the sounds :) so for now I think I keep the sentences short enough and I try to simplify things, avoiding long and complex explanations, so it should be pretty easy to understand most of the time. Actually lots of people told me they like my short and straightforward no talking demos, I guess it's a matter of preferences. Thanks for the suggestion!

@@DanieleGiannattasio haha so true! You can never please everyone. I would just say at a minimum keep the text up longer. Then I don't have to be laser sharp waiting for the next time texts pops up and I can read it in time so I don't feel like I missed important info.

Thanks for the suggestion, I tried but 10 minutes of that was a little fatiguing to my ears and I wanted to use something different than synth sounds this time.

As I explained in the video, it's just controlling the level of each sample :) so you can hear each piano sample getting louder or quieter.

Thanks, you post very good content as well! Yes, it's a great module, I didn't go through all the possibilities it opens up in a system, but you can imagine al the cool things you could do with it!

I tried Tides and compared it to this one and in the end I find them quite different, but both are fantastic!

Lol my thoughts exactly, except I now own three tides and still love making feedback modulation between the three of them to operate my deck.

That seems like a great idea if you ask me!

I think this is meant to color and boost the sound, you'd need to provide phantom first.

@@emmanuelhourquet3693 yeah, the bitbox doesn't have VCAs but the concept is the same: I'm modulating the volume of each sample. Sure, you can use it any way you like and it should make a nice pair with the 112!
