I love to cook and share fast and tasty recipes. I try really hard to make my recipes easy to understand and follow.
Why I started my channel:
My sole intention to start this channel was to leave a memory for my 2 sons, so that when moms no longer around, they can see mom cooking on You Tube. About 4 months into my new hobby, CZcams messaged me saying "Hey, one of your older videos is doing well. Keep up the good work!" I said what? And so it began. My CZcams hobby has become a passion.

How to make an PINEAPPLE UPSIDE DOWN CAKE
Supplies:
1 can of pineapple slices 22 oz (separate slices and juice)
1 stick of melted butter
1 cup light brown sugar
Maraschino cherries (pitted)
1 box cake mix 15.25 oz
3 eggs
1 box vanilla instant pudding 3.4 oz
1/2 cup vegetable oil
Method:
Melt 1 stick of butter with 1 cup brown sugar in a 10- or 12-inch cast iron skillet. Coat the sides inside of the skillet with butter.
Add the pineapple slices and maraschino cherries to the bottom of the skillet
Make the cake mix. To a large bowl, add a boxed yellow cake mix, 3 eggs, vanilla instant pudding, 1 cup pineapple juice and 1/2 cup vegetable oil. Mix and pour on top of the pineapple slices. Bake the cake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 350-degree oven.
This cake can be made in a 9 x 13 baking dish.

Hello Rosie 👋👋👍😎👍♥️. Thanks so much for sharing this recipe. Pineapple upside down cake is one of my favorites and this one looks so good ! I’ll be joining you living in the heat. Our landlord raised our rent by $400. So I may be here for about one more year then be in Az. O well.
I have my opinions about California. You will be surprised at how it will be better than what you are expecting. It does get hot here for 2 months. Then it calms down. Here in Vegas, I have done things and had opportunities that I never would have had in Cali. Life is what you make of it!

Hi Friend, I recently took these lemon bars to a get-together. They were all gone by the end of the evening. I promise you that this is only a 2 ingredient recipe. They puff up, then you have to let them cool off completely and they will flatten out. They are super yummy!

Good Day Rosie. Very similar to a Panini I made at the restaurant. In Amish Land apple butter is popular, I used that. For cheese I used a Gouda and Edam cheese. Grilled the chicken breast and alternated red and green 🍏🍎. It was much easier with the Panini press. Have a Blessed and Beautiful Day. ❤️U🥀-Z ✝️

That takes me back to New Zealand. ❤ Brie was used like we use cheddar and the absolute best triple cream in the world I think. They had to rename it though since they aren't France. 😅 Nothing like some meat, some brie and chutney, and they had quite the selection of chutney! I'm sure I've had one of those sandwiches with figs and brie- so yummy! ❤ I have fig jam in my fridge, too!

@@RosieCooks Yes, indeed, it looks amazing. I've also seen a chicken salad sandwich with grapes, but I find that it is not that easy to eat...even when the grapes are cut in half, they still fall out. I'd would rather eat them on the side like potato chips. And, granny smiths are a little tart but with exactly a "subtle" sweetness, and even a crisp that grapes don't have.
