I find that specific brand of lube to be complete garbage for those that want to buy this for nuts , The pencil is 1000x better I mostly used this lube for the gears in tunners or bridge knife edges and saddle

I found one of these at an estate sale in Omaha, Nebraska USA recently. I'd never heard of the brand. It is a very poorly made guitar. I spent quite a bit of time working on it to make it playable. Now it is playable but nothing special. I love the design. It looks very cool. But the quality reminds me of some of the cheap junk we used to get in the 70s. Other Asian manufacturers are making great stuff. I have guitars from Japan, Korea, China, Viet Nam, Indonesia, Taiwan... Too bad India cannot match the quality of even Viet Nam. IYV guitars out of Viet Nam or Firefly out of China are selling very high quality instruments for under $200. Hopefully India will catch up someday.

Peterson’s clip on is far more accurate but the polytune looks cleaner and more minimal

You must have watched that old video of that thrasher looking man showing this ages ago lol. All jokes aside I did watch that video 10 billion years ago. This works from string slippage, but it does nothing if your tuners are shat and back out.

what is the quality of the inlays?

Finally bought one today off the official site! I just have never jived with the Morning Glory I have. It has a weird texture to me I never liked, that works better with single coils. So trying this one out with my Les Paul. So far sounds more in my ballpark to use with my Sky King and Ampeg VT40 setup. Love it has the OD,Boost and Distortion with all the internal options. The MG while good, just has that thing where the drive has to go up, for it to sit right, then gets over compressed. I’m also a big fan of Klons and modded TS808 mid type stuff. So whole not sounding 100% transparent like a Timmy. It sits in a good place for drive sounds to me!
