Could you do a step by step video build of watercoolong system on the Antec Cannon!!!!? Best regards ❤❤
all i can say is wow and i love that waterblock
No problem with a melting cable?
I have never had that problem
I am considering flashing the suprim x 520 watt bios on my PNY 4090. I should be safe to use nvflashk with an igpu on my CPU right?
yes but I also would not suggest it
@@JCustom Thanks for replying man. My PNY 4090 boosts to 2760 mhz vanilla. I was thinking maybe a higher power bios would help me reach 3000 mhz. You don't recommend it? Is it because you don't get an fps increase in games?
Ummm, the AIO version can NOT do water temperature by itself (built in). If you have a water temperature sensors plugged into the motherboard the AIO can display that information on the screen, but it doesn't display its own water temperature or flow information. (Even though Asus claims it does.) Seeing a different comment you made, it seems like you have some builds planned, maybe keep this information in mind for that. Asus took over 6 months to admit this is the case, to me. They tried to make it sound as if this (an AIO for the CPU, used with another custom loop in the same machine, while that separate loop's water temperature and flow information is displayed on their AIO's screen) was the intended (and obvious) use case for which thier claims of "instantly monitoring temperature and flow information" valid. Anyhow, the WB will display the information same as the AIO, with sensors fed to the motherboard, and in turn read by Amory Crate and displayed on the screen. While it's a disappointment the WB dosen't have a temperature (or flow) sensor built in, at least that makes more sense than not having them in their AIO.
The aio does have water temp. The temp sensor is built into the pump mechanism, this is the same setup for most of the asetek based aios. I spefiically spoke to the Asetek guys at computex to ask them to add it back for the ROG 2 waterblock as they were at the ROG booth showing off the 3d printed cold plates.
@JCustom The AIO can NOT display water temp without 3rd party hardware. If it has a built-in water temp sensor, that information can NOT be displayed on the AIO's screen, not even with their AIDA 64 integration. Again, the AIO with the latest firmware and software will not display its own water temp, or things like flow rate, even though the software allows you to select for these options to be displayed. Asus (privately, not publicly) says it's designed to display the information from a custom loop installed in they same machine (like that's a normal thing). I would LOVE to be wrong about this, but I'm not. I would love it if you were able to take Asus at their word. Unfortunately, you can't; not about this, at least. Tell you what, if you can get the AIO to display it own water temp (with the currently available software and firmware) , and can prove it or maybe make a comprehensive guide as to how you accomplished it, I will make a $500 donation to your channel. In the meantime, it'd be great if you considered this situation and if there's any opportunities for you to impact it for the better. Thank you for asking Asus to incorporate a temp sensor in the ROG 2 waterblock! I think that AND a flow meter would be appreciated by most anyone who'd build with it. I also think it'd be great if their product pages for their AIOs weren't misleading and saying things like they can "instantly display flow rate," when they can't unless it's for a custome loop with a flow sensor hooked up to the same motherboard as the AIO. I'm not mad at you, but I am mad at Asus. Thar said, it would be great if you find a way to impact this situation, or let me know what, exactly, you discover when you actually build something with one of these AIOs.
The 4 pin with all wires on the AIO is afaik for the pump tho, not the VRM fan.
yes it is for the aio pump you are correct.
Classic
When will it get 100%?
Cool
I wish I could be there
O nice! have a good time there!

mate this is the coolest pc i've ever seen i wish there was a building vid, but amazing work
thats one of the smallest 4090
i have a question would the msi z790 project zero motherboard fir the gt 302 gaming case
you know he's american when he has two cards for 2000 dollars and is willing to flash one...
а смысл от них да еще и на воздухе а не на воде
So people are going to have 2 pumps in their custom watercooling system? Why make a custom block for a custom loop that has an Asetek pump in it?
with additional screens I always thought it was better to use something like a Raspberry Pi to run a Python script and then have sensor displayed without using an HDMI port. It gets around the whole issue of it being seen as an external monitor. I'll try and find the Github repo to a really good python script that I've seen in use. Not had a chance to do it myself yet but I've seen it done and it was a much better solution than just connecting to the GPU or Motherrboard. Beautiful build as always by the way. Always a big fan of your work.
That looks insane bro! 👊
Gorgeous. Immaculate. Perfecto
can we get a montech king build
Holy fack this is the cleanest computer I've ever seen. I love the btf thing and would love to have a computer with no tubes or anything coming out. But the mobos which are avabile today aren't that good. I'm an amd person and the msi board isn't very good. And going for Intel with gen 14 isn't an option in my mind today. I truly hope that Asus will release another better btf board for amd soon and I will be all over that.
I totally get where you’re coming from. I wish it was for am5 as well. I’ll be seeing the hq guys in Taipei and will be pushing for am5, but I’m sure we will also see some intel news during computex which may make it more palpable.
How big is your reservoir that you are able to hide it that easily?
I have 2. One is part of the psu shroud
@@JCustom I don't know how the psu isnt blocking 2 reservoirs. I wished you had showed us how you set up the loop. Btw is there a LED under the water block? Or is the light coming from somewhere else?
Can u make an build with it , obviously all together build , plssssss
I have a couple coming up. The red will go to an eva hyperion im working on, the black will converted to tubless for rog btf, and then a standard unmodified version will be coming with another rog case
I bought proart Z790 creator mobo, proart lc 602 case, proart lc420 aio and proart rtx 4070 super. Concept is OK, but some fitment is horrible. There is no way to connect the front USB 3.0 ports without visible stress to the connector. The two cable cutouts don't line up with the connector so it goes in at a slight angle. Another problem is with the front USB C cable, which is impossible to not kink if using the cable cutout. What's the point?? I bought this combo thinking it would be a glove fit. No, it is not, and I regret buying this case. I had to reroute the USB C front cable, ran it OVER the cable cutout cover and I did not connect the USB 3.0 front ports at all, because I just couldn't bear thinking the connector will be at a constant stress. Maybe with other mobos there is a better port placement, I don't know. But this is just a head scratcher. Thumbs down. Mind you, I haven't got to installing the gfx yet...
Do you need non-stock nvflash tool ? or the official nvflash work to flash Strix OC vbios into TUF?
official nvflash
I have a similar build in the gen 1 Wraith. Same radiators and GPU block(4090). Went with the EK quantum CPU block to keep the silver theme. That case was frustrating to build in and this case is somehow worse. The only benefit I see with this case is that you can choose to not dump hot air into the case via the side mounted rad.
very cool job!!
Very beautiful build! Hey I can't really tell but on the atx12v power connections on top left, there is an 8 pin and a 4 pin. Did you use both the 8 pin + 4 pin or just the 8 pin? I ask because I tried to AI OC my machine just for the heck of it, and i keep getting bsod. And I think it might be related to me only using 8 pin.
Yes I used both. You should use both if your ocing
I bought the Strix 4090 OC to replace my Strix 1080ti. The ti gave no issues for 7 years. Let hope I get lucky again. I do hear a little coil whine, very quiet but it's there. but when I'm sim racing I have headphones on. The card is quiet otherwise. Runs fairly cool too. I have a big case. View 71 Thermaltake.
Very much FRU FRU 🤮

Your take on themed PCs at 10:26 is the damn truth. Dope, clean build as usual.

Looks wild and awesome! Maybe a little splash of red dye in there?🤔
WOW! I am impressed. Congrats on the Clean build. Please share the Performance from another Planet 😊🎉
Can you get some 90 degree ones. And put a review please
I do have some 90 degree ones. I have used a few of them in a couple recent builds. So far so good. I do know quite a few others that have them without issue.
Would you say that the Heatkiller water block out performs Ekwb ?
Yes by a lot
@@JCustom thanks, have you ever thought about doing like a gpu water block face between the available ones on the market? How did you get the tubing to from the bottom of the waterblock? Did it come with bracket like the EK founders edition waterblock for the 3000 series GPU that let you seitch I/O ports on the water block?
Looks bonkers.
I saw that the memory temperatures are higher in tuf about 7-10C higher than strix and other cards. I am not buying a 4090 but people at my place need to care about these smaller differences because we have an outside temperature of 30-40C during summer. So is the TUF card that you have temperature really higher in the memory side?
Could just be poor seating of the stock memory pads. I’ve taken so many of them apart now that I think it may be a one off
How do you get such a water block?
