its good burst damage but u have to reload way too often....powersurge smg with magreload gives 100+k dps amd that 40-50round mag keeps self filling itself :) so u dont waste time to reloading so better for primewars and bullet sponge bosses :D ofc ur durability goes down fast but atleast u can dump thousands of rounds without reloading :D went tro 8k rounds before my rng gods dropped me off the critical chance and forced me to reload

I tested with the unlimited ammo mod and got around 2.5-3mil damage in a full mag

@@DancingBlade8 best i inf ammo i have done is with frost vortex :D ...75rounder just charging 10% mag whem each frost vortex ends....there arnt boss high enough health to empty my inv from all 80k tungsten frost buff ammo 😂 slapping good 80k dps and 60k aoe when jelly active and no molotovs used...could boost it by swapping weapon and molotov to 100+k but not really worth it cause how easily even nightmare manibus melts

blue mods u can find in Gear crates on low level settlements, but i think silo Sigma in Normal difficulty is better

@@DancingBlade8 Nope, I found a way around the problem, I just need to aim after dashing and the "roll" doesn't happen.

Hitting jump again before touching the ground will also cancel this, combining the melee mid air followed by air dashing can allow you to dash forward without the sudden stop, very tricky to do though

They drop from Silo Sigma normal in broken delta but you have to use a controller. I would suggest just running around low level areas opening gear crates and not wasting controllers.

oh it's just like world bosses where we use biomissiles and gatling turrets to get their shields down and kill it before it goes through the servers base defence and kills the staroid container. It's actually quite fun without the lag

No, the fireman helmet causes Shrapnel to only hit once, but do 120% more damage. Beret is better.

Yes. The fireman helmet does 220% in total for that one shrapnel. which would be 20% more than the 2 shrapnel that the beret gives Edit: For anyone wondering the gas mask does kinda like more damage than the beret BUT, like they told me this build has bullet regeneration, so you wouldn't have to be reloading, so it's more DPS. So yeah the beret is better if you have the correct mods for that

@@psycode5569 That's not how Gas-Tight works. Both legendary helms are less dps than Beret. Caged-Helm just slightly less. Gas-Tight a lot less.

That specific build uses Shrapnel Souvenir Weapon Mod (When shrapnel hits a weakspot, automatically refill 1 bullet from inventory) paired w/ Shrapnel Carnage Mask Mod (Chance of Shrapnel hitting weakspots is increased by 100% w/ weakspot damage +25%) as the 2 core mods. Fewer shrapnels mean you wouldn't be refilling bullets as usual. That's why you see Shrapnel Players shooting almost unlimited bullets without reloading and depending on the boss, kills it without ever needing to reload. That 20% more shrapnel damage will not be a significant increase compared to near unlimited shooting. Spending the Starchrom on it would just be a waste when the free one is better

@@Zeruellll Exactly. I have a video on my channel showing this build. I'm missing a lot of Crit Damage (Crit Hit is 40%, Crit Damage is 100%) and I still dropped Treant with this build in 15 seconds. Hoping pro mode gives me better luck with the mods!

@@davidc6058 the weapon is a beast pve and pvp I think on pvp it comes second to jaws but very close

Beret is essentially the same thing, so it's useless. They both give an extra shrapnel hit. I think they messed up and forgot to add something to it to make it better than the beret, because all the damage testing I've seen has shown it does the exact same thing.

@@dazistaken to add on this beret gives +2 or something and cage helmet +1 with 120 so I believe cage helmet gives slight dps but not worth it maybe end end game sure

@@DancingBlade8 No, it's Gas-Tight helm that gives +1 with 120% shrap damage. Caged is listed as +1 trigger count. It ACTs like Beret by by adding another instance of shrapnel hit onto what normally happens, but in ADDITION it adds a separate instance of shrapnel being able to proc independent of the normal instance. The ISSUE is there is some damage calculation that is off, because shrapnel procs lose all it's scaling, so ends up being less DPS than Beret which doesn't lose the scaling.

@@navystylz Gas mask doesn't give +1, it limits your shrapnel to 1 hit but raises it's damage. You can test this yourself at the dummy if you manage to drop a gas mask.

so far with the lone wolf set and shrapnel i see a similar base damage but the fire rate is very high using a fire rate calibration with crit rates and it eats alot of bullets compared to the outsider which is slower fire rate. I need to test boss damage tho prob on treant later, also trying to figure out how to fit lone wolf set into the outsider build xd. Also i don't like how the shrapnel build makes it we don't have to aim for the head or weakspots which makes it less engaging gun fights.

it's available on all tiers. No worries the game doesn't explain much from a standpoint

@@DancingBlade8 yeah basically just swapping the roll stamina for reload speed and gaining free crit dmg with lone wolf instead. Not to mention it's legendary so the base hp/resist and psi intensity will be higher and have a higher ceiling (psi intensity increases shock dmg from power surge)

@@rgameplay6682 Sorry mate, i did reply to this yesterday but i guess youtube didn't like something in my comment idk. You could get it from the whack a mole in week 1 for 80% discount but you can buy it directly from wish machine for 2000 starchrom. Handy is the fact we can buy it multiple times, and when you do you get blueprint fragments you can use to upgrade it, since it's our primary weapon this is really great and we can max it relatively easily with it only being purple and a fraction of the price too. Don't sleep on upgrading it, it's permanent and carries between seasons and the damage difference between 1 star and max is quite substantial. You will have to make a new tier 5 rifle after upgrading the blueprint to get the extra damage, it wont upgrade already existing weapons, however salvaging your current rifle will refund a big chunk of the resources you have put into it.

Thunderclap (Power Surge) After triggering Power Surge 20 times, the next Weapon Shot summons Heavenly Lightning (250.0% Psi Intensity Shock DMG) at the target point. It sounds fun but 250% of my psi intensity is only around 1k damage and it takes 20 procs to affect it. The weapon damage seems better overall for damage.

heya xd i saw your question on dms aswell but i'll answer here too for everyone. Only using blue armor mods and got them from phase 1 silos. The purple boots mod i got from silo yeah.

extra tip i got if you are using the canine deviant use auto attack option for 21% extra weapon damage
