Deschanel's Sultry Bechamel Sauce
Everyone, and I do mean everyone, has been asking where I have been the last six months. Well, I've been serving as the resident chef on one of the most highly anticipated cinematic masterpieces of the last 50 years. I've had the opportunity to cook for a star-studded cast of movie stars as they work tirelessly to bring you a movie that will make the Mona Lisa look like my grandson Remy's middle school macaroni paintings. These stars work so hard to entertain us. They deserve to be well-fed and served the most delicious of foods as they defend the frontlines against a world without romantic comedies. This recipe is inspired by a day on set when an American actress, who I will not name, spat in my face as I was making a béchamel sauce. I decided to adapt and let the droplets puddle right into the sauce, adding a sultry, sophisticated level of depth. And that's how I got Coronavirus.

What total awesomeness did I just stumble over? Black Sabbath goes longboard punk!?! This was a great record. SKATE OR DIE!
Absolutely wonderful and incredibly underrated when it comes to bedroom pop. You got shoegaze, post-punk, R&B and some HAZY synth-pop all rolled into the mix, and it's all the work of a Black visionary. It's not very often you'll find a Black musician in shoegaze or post-punk. I'm going to miss hearing Casper's vocals so much because he has such a soulful voice. Also, "Hell" sounds like a downtempo ballad from 'Unknown Pleasures' by Joy Division, like Casper's version of 'I Remember Nothing.'
