Can you provide online setup?
Hi
I bought one and can’t find a manual. Not quite sure why it doesn’t run. Can you sell me a manual
How much is cost of this machine?
They vary in price based on add-ons, but some where between 100K and 200K
Wonder how it does with 3mm going on 1.125 particle board work tops with radius edges? Some of the tops I do are 72" long, 36" wide with a full radius end.
Ahhh! only open one side if the UDF makes sense.. i did both sides a while back and was too much flow..i use MDF now, and i use some cheap masking tape to make a seal around the peice im cutting to create good hold..ill have to try the UDF nxt time again and only open one side..
hello, new to cnc. I am having a slight issue. Carving kitchen furniture doors, all good , but when it comes to cut a bit the mdf edges, like half a centimeter each side, it moves the material on the last pass. It passes twice, first time at 8 mm depth and 2nd time at 9mm depth, at a speed of 2000 mm / min. On the second pass, right when its doing the corners, moves a bit the board, on each corner, and bye bye the project. My question is, does it matter A LOT , the state of the board that is under ? because i am having trouble cutting at a depth that is correct to avoid damaging the board that is under. Closest i got was 1 mm depth when i cut the mdf. I fear that if i rise the depth it cuts by even 0.5 mm, it won't cut the mdf correctly and i will have to polish it after, Might as well end up doing it, if its so important that the mdf/udf support stays as clean as it can, no cuts on it. Also thinking to put 3 passes , like 6-6-4.5 mm ? at a lower speed, 1000-1500 mm/min ??
Hey hows it going, Did you ever find a solution to your issue? Are you using a vacumm pump as hold down? How big is the bit you are using?..i had similar issues when i was using a 3/8 bit to cut, a went down to 1/4 for profile cuts. I also use masking tape to create a seal around what ever i am cutting even a full 4x8 sheet if thats what im cutting peices out of..i cut thru in 2 passes on 3/4 mdf, 1st pass 3/8 deep and last pass with a 1/64 offset so there is no steps on the edge finish..hope something i mentioned helps, GL
Also i do cut about .004 into my spoilboard. The masking tape helps create that seal around the uneven edges..
@@freddyramirez1820 yo, using another MDF , 0.8 cm thick, now i did some tests to try to avoid cutting into the sacrifice board, so i always cut a little higher. The small pieces that are like under 20 cm x 40 cm, those i hold a bit with my hand T_T when it does the final cut. I always use a larger piece for those
is these are working condition
yes all in great condition!
Can you imagine getting a teenager interested in this now a days. We will have to wait a couple generations. Old guy signing off
I bought a CNC and have been making wooden things with it for the past few months! About a decade past being a teenager myself, but I'm teaching my son the ropes.
Very impressive!
What is the name of the vacuum meter you used?
Is there another name for LDF? I'm having a hard time finding any info about this.
sorry another name for UDF?

you are great!, nice efficient

i liked your video.
nice job man
Very cool.
WHAT WAS THE REASON FOR SURFACING THE LDF ONE SIDE AND NOT 2 SIDES?
I am not sure. I will look into that for you.
@@Scarlettinc I WAS TOLD BY BVC THAT THE DS CUPS DONT WORK ON LDF, MAYBE SUFACING 1SIDE
We only surfaced one side because it creates too much flow if you surface both sides of the LDF.

Hey, this is a great video! i have a few questions about the different types of board to use. To further ask about these types of boards i wanted to tell you why i am asking. I am asking because i run a 20 foot AXYZ CNC table. I am about to install 1” MDF board. The main reason is because we have to plane the table often because of how often we cut into our board. I cut ACM for a commercial size business. Just as i said we cut into the board often and that’s not the reason why i’m asking the question. i’m asking the question because we have had suction problems in the past. With the example you just showed me is very helpful, but i need to know about MDF board and how useful is it in my situation. Okay, that was a lot to understand. if you’re catching what i am saying that great. So for a question that i am asking is if i have a 1”MDF board and I plane both sides then install it. Which is what i’m planning on doing. Would you think everything so far is correct. If so that’s what i’m doing and the next step is to put on the material, then i would do a pressure test. And if i ran the who table which is 20’. I only use 16’ of the table at a time. So would you recommend adding on a 4’ piece to make sure the table is complete and has full suction. I’m asking because the test shows that’s now always the case. So please reach out to me at 435 666 0942 or christianscott8989@gmail.com I would be very happy to have a conversation on all of this! Thank you very much and please respond as soon as possible!
I found a way that works for me. I use 3mm mdf for the spoilboard (SB). Instead of using the surface of the SB for you zero for Z axis. I use the actual bed. Place the 3mm SB back on. Cutting 3mm thick ACM, input 6mm in your software for thickness BUT input 3mm cutting depth. When it cuts thru, it will only cut to the surface of the SB which is cutting right thru and leaving hardly any cut marks in the SB (providing your bed is level and the SB has been surfaced). My machine allows me to see what remains of the 6mm (bec software has been told that) when cut at a depth of 3mm, which will be 3mm. Hope this helps.
Where can I find this sanding attachment? The link in your comments is broken.
Do you sell this sanding head ?
We currently do not, this was just for the demo. We may soon though.
