Hallo Lena G! Hier die Antwort von unserem Experten: In der Regel ist das Wurzelwachstum circa drei Jahre nach Zahndurchbruch abgeschlossen. Ob eine endodontische Behandlung indiziert ist, hängt von der Diagnose ab und ist unabhängig vom Lockerungsgrad des Zahnes. Auch z.B. bei einer 7jährigen Patientin ist der Zahn "ausreichend fest" falls eine Endo Therapie notwendig ist. Viele Grüße, das VDW Team
