This info. is very helpful, thank you. Especially the section on what "Permanent" means to different companies, artists and sellers. What I may consider permanent assumes longevity beyond three years! Thank you for doing this research.

My background is in the printing industry - ink on paper. If printed pieces are exposed to sunlight, often there will be fading. Historically yellow tends to fade before the other colors, which is referred to as “ fugitive yellow”
