I'm watching the movie right now and immediately caught this the very first time i seen the movie and its the way ive been raised to think so i had to put it in writing: The fist immediate thing that Frank did to have given me a bad taste in my mouth was to keep that money, in my opinion the right thing to do would've been to immediately give that envelope to Tony and the guys because he was paying that for the blow anyway and he got the blow, so keeping the money after what happened to Tony and the guys was an indication to me of him being a real greedy scumbag!!! The right thing to do was to have thrown that envelope down on the counter and say "Here Tony, this is for you and your friends, I'm sorry for your loss and thanks for doing such a good job for me"😢
