One policy that we have for multiple properties went up 30% which is crazy. I adjusted deductibles, coverage etc. would be interested in who everyone is using and what type of coverage you have. Interesting that politicians are now considering capping rent increases which as you point out impacts NOI and ultimately property value. They need to be looking at the insurance industry, but as we know that doesn’t get votes. Everyone needs to do research and go out and vote!!!

I'm from New York and currently own 750k in real estate in Baltimore City (no mortgages) 😊 I prefer city properties because there's room to grow and after 9 or 10 years you build equity. Honestly, crime is everywhere in America 🤷🏽‍♀️ I'm not afraid to invest around black people 😊 everyone needs a place to stay!!!
