Ha, my first guitar was a Les Paul copy from Kent, inspired by Ace himself.

Aces attitude are carefree approach to rock n roll really is what propelled them. Paul Stanley and Gene were genius and captured that and knew how to guide it.

Ace gave alot to Kisses sound! The guy is a rock legend an Icon the dude is humble,cool, and original! He deserves all the accolades the rest of the band recieves! He's the riff meister master! Long live Space Ace! 👍 in 1978 I bought his solo album on 8 track recording ! 👍 🎸

Ace is the best but nobody ever mention Paul's guitar playing, he's a pretty intense rhythm player that completed Ace perfectly. There was a back and forth talk between both player that was also a big part of the Kiss sound.

When I met Ace I had no idea it was him lol AT the time no one had ever scene him out of makeup. This was the Frehleys Comet. We opened for him. HE IS A ONE OF A KIND..

Ace is and always has been "real"and to me no doubt the "real deal". I'm proud to say that ACE FREHLEY is my favorite guitarist.. tone , melodic, memorable leads and his attitude is most definitely Rock and Roll.

He talked about the time when he was younger playing with his older brother, I wish he would tell the story about his brother showing him how to play a few chords, and how he was taught by Peppy Castro of the Blues Magoo's a few years later, these old stories are very interesting 👍

They're all talented in their own right but ACE is the MOST GIFTED musically. Not only is he a great musician but he also seems LIKEABLE as a person. You can't say that about a lot of other musicians who let success go to their heads.

Most guitarists develope their own quasi theory on the neck. Theory is just a way of assigning numbers to all the notes. Paul's variations are pretty damn clever on the 2nd guitar tracks. COLD GIN is a classic.
