I am doing everything you suggested in the video. Currently, I am scrawny, I suck at public speaking and my friends think I'm crazy for not playing video games, watching netflix series, having an extreme care for nutrition, and, sleeping early and waking up early (even during the summer break). I’m starting at WGU next month on the c# track and a really need to get at least one REMOTE internship before I graduate. I live in the rural area with no opportunities for software dev, so I fear that will be my one and only door here into the tech world. I want this, and I’m just scared to miss my chance and all this be for nothing. My issue is the when of it all. When do i start looking for internships? When do I actually have enough classes and knowledge to be useful to a company? When will I know enough to actually do a leet code problem? And will that be enough time to get good at it, apply to these internships, and actually get one before graduation? It’s all very stressful, not to mention the Resume part where I have literally nothing (technical) to put on it since I’m changing fields completely from healthcare to tech.

This guy is completely wrong. It doesn't make any good if you learn the most frequent questions and your own interview has one of the less frequent questions! That's why you need to practice as many as possible, not just the ones in a particular list.

Why buy your course when there are so many free courses by codeacademy,free code camp, coursera designed by experts for educational purposes.

great video, just wanted to just share a personal tip on sleeping/creating a sleep schedule i personally found that focusing on what time i wanted to wake up and forcing myself to wake up at that set time kind of just naturally made sleepy near 11:30

Hey how did you handle not being able to focus in class, i am having the same problem and i am not able to solve it.

The infinite evolution mindset is something i spent the last 2 yers building up. Many dont even recognize me in a good way from 8th grade, im only just about done sophmore year. Though while it sounds funny, its literally me. I also now have a system where i will befriend people who i see as better in something and learn from them, analyse what they do. As i have gotten a better life i lost the need tomplay video games, i only log on when friends want me on.

Love this! I’m glad I watched the entire video. Even though I’m already working at a big tech company, I’m working on staying consistent with Leetcode practice, that way I am always interview-ready when it comes to solving these types of problems.

The fact that you need to have extensive prior experience to get an INTERNSHIP is wild! This applies to almost every industry. I left my career in sales about a year ago to pursue software development. I had no prior experience whatsoever but have become fairly proficient. I knew it was going to be an uphill battle about a month before I put in my resignation when I tried to hire a summer intern with no prior sales experience but had an insatiable desire to learn. My boss told me there were other qualified candidates that I had interviewed that would be a better fit. None of them had the personality for sales and didn't even seem interested in learning more other than "how to make more money." I've started applying for internships but haven't gotten any call backs yet. I'll get there but this notion of requiring 5 years of experience for a sub-entry-level position is making it very frustrating.

I recently have made these changes myself, cutting out games, going to the gym. I have maybe a single drink in a month, so thats easy enough to cut out. This video made a lot of great points, and also made me feel validated and like im on the right track.

This was a dumb ass video and those list of books scream of an impressionable and unsophisticated person. And well yeah if comptuer science is the only thing you know at an intellectual level then that makes sense. The OP comes across as deluded and not self aware.
