I usually come to these kind of videos to help with sleep. All the comments seem to be people overcoming trauma or some sort of pain. Grateful to the people in the comments who give such a caring environment to those in search of relief.

I've recently been interested in sirens and their songs so I have searched up siren songs and this one come up. Sounds peaceful and will have it playing when I sleep. I have had panic attacks in the past and have to take drugs to calm it but also need something to listen to at night
