When eye started doing awakening practices, there was no talk about kundalini. Perhaps he assumed everyone already new. My simptoms were so intense did everything eye wasn't supose to do, with the guidance of a guru that did not share the possibilities. Now that eye know what happened, eye doing much better. It's been at least ten years just coming into a bit of normalcy The cronic fatigue was what felt like it would never get better. Ambition has not yet re appeared. It is a time to reinvent. I like that way I took going in the unknown with kundalini awakening path on the flow. in looking back review i apreciate all stages even going the times going through hell the fist years. all timeline and my less unknown about all the sensations was a journey and teached me so much and made so much connections to topicas I never had idea of. in present i am trying with the channeling by the energy transmission with barbara blum on social media/youtube: she holds me with her wisdom and offers beyond mind, by only trust to experiences

I love listening to these fascinating conversations about people's experiences with Kundalini! So grateful to you Brent and to all those in the conversations! What hit home particularly with me this time was the part about Kundalini and menopause. I'm in my early 60s, and so this topic is quite relevant to me. I'm wondering whether other women have experienced a reversing of menopause when Kundalini awakens. At the risk of sounding too personal, I will say that my cycle has returned. At first I thought it was an isolated incident, but it's behaving more like it did when I was in my 30s and early 40s.

At times when I fall into place with my breath. I heavy pressure forms on my upper nose/forehead. Feels like someone's fingers are pressing heavily down on it all. When I finally stopped fighting and started fully accepting it without any fear/untrust/control. It begin to fully push through, deep inside and into my head/brain/sinuses/inner eye sockets/upper cheek bones. Fully passing through my skull. Its never a pain/headache or felt as a attack. I have started Breathing with it and within it to further allow all of it to fully push without resistance or any idea of control. Becoming this open vessel flouting with and to a familiar dance of an unexplained trusted unknown. It echos as if I am the one speaking with words I've never owned

I had hallucinations. But since then my mind is always racing. My third eye area and eyes are always tired. I can’t focus at all. What should I do? Please suggest.

Practitioners need to connect with clients bodies. Tune in with genuine respect and asking how they can help before the client even enters the room. In otherwords humbling themselves to the body and creating a genuine relationship. Get your beliefs and opinions out of the way. You cannot fool bodies! for they are highly intelligent. I followed my practitioner into this life because of her advanced well educated healing abilities, complimented by intuitive abilities with communicating with bodies. She has balanced her ego. This is essential for the evolutionary step I am working on.

February 25th 2019 I attained Nirbikalpha Samadhi for 2 hours in seva house at Ananda Village during inner renewal week. I triggered my kundalini ecstasies, directing the shakti to my Ajana Chakra or third eye, I triggered multiple times of kundalini shakti 20-30 chills and the energy became to immense for the third eye and bent the energies back through the brain to sahashara opening up the thousand Petalled lotus, the energies flowed out of the top of the head around the physical body and connected back at the coxxyx vertebrae. Looping the kundalini shakti around my aura in a bliss loop ✨️. My soul came out of my body as far as my auric field. I developed a siddhi to see the light in other devotees, how much light was inside of them. Eventually I became scared 😱 and came back down from my inner ecstasy to ego consciousness. But I was forever changed by the experience. Now I'm a jivan mukta freed while living. But that was in 2019 in the summer/fall of 2022 I was attacked by Black Magic and the left hand path of kabbalism, where they had a heart to heart connection and took the energy that was inside of me and took it down the left hand side, through fear and epinephrine out of the adrenals, through consumption and insulin out of the pancreas, and down to sexual over indulgence of Testosterone out of the Gonads. All of my accumulated shakti energies were taken by crushing the light of this one left hand pather. I'm now trying to build back my light and love through tapasia endless pranayama and kumbhaka breathing but I've been taken down low. Hopefully I can get back to nirbikalpha samadhi someday or maybe with kumbhaka breathing I can attain sambikalpa samadhi and get into breathless ecstasies. I'm a Twice Born, self realized jivan mukta and I live in the small town of Hallock Minnesota 56728. Ho there. in my early 30's i did an intensive with Muktananda which included the Shaktipat initiation. I was keen and engaged with the whole process for about 18 mths until Muktananda's passing. When he died my enthusiasm waned and i went back to a normal husband, father etc for the next 40yrs.I just wrote it off as an interesting experience. About 10mths ago somebody handed me a joint nicknamed White Rhino.I was a non smoker at the time and was rocked by the re appearance of Mother Shakti in high energy mode. So i'm back.Ha. The joke i heard is that THC is Shiva's favourite food. I think the Sufi's are open to its use also. Love what you do.

Unlike most people I’ve been through this. I told her that when I saw her eyes I became psychic. Twin flames are psychic mediums. Spirit has told me over and over I am this. They use double yolk eggs to show me. I pick one up, I know it is. Double yolk/twins. Perfect example. Too many people have been sucked into this topic. Not psychic, not a twin flame. It’s that easy. And the fact you don’t say that straight up told me you don’t know what you’re talking about and I stopped listening. Because that is the most significant thing about this subject.

A difficult topic explained in simple words Brent 👍🏼 If I may add, after kundalini ascent to head, polarities are balanced and then we hatch out of cosmic egg or Hiranyagarbha which splits and male & female energies descend to heart, where union results in bliss in permanence. The bliss current ultimately dissolves the ego or identity, whereupon we see our true being as Self or living light. The Self, though luminous and in ineffable peace and complete, as pure awareness however is barren without love, which is imbibed by merging in the heart of God. It is a definitive, unmistakable lucid process.

The One Infinite Creator IS Humans ex-ISt. Is-ness is eternal and existence is transient. Ex is to be outside of. The One creates the illusion that it is outside of itself in order to experience itself, hence illusory realities of existence. And we rely on the same thing. There’d be nothing to know about ourselves without anything or anyone else as fractalized references “outside” of ourselves. An eye will never see itself without distortions. Totally agree with what you say here Brent. I experience this as unconditional love, The acceptance and allowance of all things arising, it becomes neutral. There can be no positive or negative if it IS, it is all allowed and accepted. It has taken awhile to adjust to it but like you said it changes into some other way of being and it is very peaceful. ✨
