Sanne van Dijke of the Netherlands became European Senior Champion in 2017 in Warsaw U70kg followed by the victory at the Grand Slam in Ekaterinburg. Van Dijke won the European title for Juniors and U23 in 2014. She won her first Grand Prix medal in 2015 in Dusseldorf. She took silver at the IJF World Masters in 2019 in Qingdao. Sanne won bronze at the Grand Slam in Paris in 2017. She captured silver at the European Games in Minsk in 2019 and Europeans in 2020 in Prague and over 15 World Cup medals.

Amateur, here... but that looks suspiciously like hiza guruma.
Looks more like yoko guruma to me. He’s not stopping the foot and Uke falls rather because of the twisting motion, but not because of stopping the foot.
I was thinking the same thing. I thought the main difference between sasai and hiza guruma was blocking the foot vs blocking by the knee as well as the steering wheel motion.
