The resort is amazing u gave a 9/10 just because the wi fi signal and the pool a 8/10 because the vibe and also again the Wi fi ? You’re suppose to enjoy your stay and your life not stay in a hotel to be connected with the world outside

This is a really accurate review specially around customer service. We had to jump through hoops to get 2 rooms close by which was a 2 day hurdle but we did get moved. Pool drinks service shocking, bar service poor most the time and yeah reception really can’t be bothered at all !

My husband and I were given a room and they gave access to another couple while we were in there showering. When we complained they brushed it off . After some more issues with access not working they upgraded us to a unique experience different rooms. The room was not set for unique perks til 2 days after. We complained and nothing happened then no hot water in the shower for a whole day. At some point we asked to see Manager they avoided us . After we met and explained what happened and people seeing us naked in the shower on our 1st day arriving there. He wouldn't compensate us by refunding one of the night saying we can stay longer we it's already the end of the stay. We begrudgingly agree to 3 free nights voucher thinking we don't want to spend money on flights again just for this. We are going again this year for my brother wedding at finest. After contacting the hotel to know how to apply the voucher they say it's not from them. Never knew such a luxury hotel would SCAM people! I know it's not everyone experience but customer service and management is trash . They don't care about guests at all
