I did like the pattern until you cut the CDCfibers off the bottom .UV resin weight's a lot on a small dry fly hook. You just cut away 1/2 the floatation. I will not be tying it. SORRY.

I use no dubbing, no rib and about 6 feathers, then a very small white hackle or all my Ordies would look the same to the fish. Just a white fly.

Not a bad effort, a bit messy how you are doing it, and I find using a finer dubbing easier with better results, but you crack on and keep posting your good ideas! We all need to watch and learn. Thank you!

I see you have the hardy asr cassette reel.....I have one on my 5 weight Orvis Helios 3.....its an amazing reel. I have had good success with bloodworms in the colder months. I love buzzer fishing too but tend to stick to fishing buzzes on venues that allow me to fish a team of them
