1. Bill Rafferty looks older 32 years ago than he does today 2. After surviving 15 years of Calipari, I understand that Technical was earned from a full game of ignoring the coaching box and continuously whining. Shouldnt of been called but totally avoidable but Cal's a moron sometimes.
Odom 1:09:38
Timmy B and Jimmy V
And now Calipari is coaching Arkansas. Who'da thunk it?
Jamal Mashburn.. future Dallas Mavericks star.
WELP A GREAT RUN FOR G'TOWN

I LOVE THE Classic Flooring at the Georgia Dome. Old school Ncaa Tournament Games. I LOVE IT MANE.
THE OLE GEORGIA DOME...... I MISS YA"
IVERSON DENIED TO THE MEADOWLANDS BY THE MINUTEMEN
What’s that song that hits at 5:23 ??
I was there.
It seems John ANderson was loved in CTC...
my brother went to high school with lou roe, massachusetts
One of the biggest choke jobs in NHL history in the playoffs sadly. 2-0 game lead over the 31-29-10 Nordiques. Turns into disaster as the Whale would lose its next 4 games. Ending one of their best seasons ever in the NHL.
That’s why they call him The Package
How CLASSIC WAS THIS GAME......#1 PICK VS #2 PICK....ELITE
G'TOWN COULD'VE WENT BACK TO BACK. 1995 NCAA TOURNAMENT SWEET SIXTEEN VS. UNC. 1996 NCAA TOURNAMENT ELITE EIGHT VS. UMASS. MAAAAN
Go Minuteman!!!!!!! 1996 was my senior year at UMass/Amherst eh. We were number one most of the year. If John Cal didin't bench clutch Mike Williams, we should have made it to the final
Great call by Dan York
Went to the Siena game in Albany great come back win for UMASS, funny with a minute left the PA announcer urged the Siena fans to get there tickets for the next round at Madison Garden right after the game , but UMASS would be going instead!
every game between Chaney and Caliperi win or lose Chaney was out coached
Jim Brinson and Terry Gannon with the call on ABC
Htfd
Kareem Reid was hawkin his azz off 😂
These two teams were loaded
I’m surprised Arkansas made it that far in 1996. They were almost a completely different team than the ones that went to the final four the previous two years and won the national championship in 1994. They had 8 guys missing from off the 1995 runner up team and still made the sweet 16. Testament to how good a coach Nolan Richardson was.
I'm a huge Richardson fan (and a Temple alum from the Chaney Era) and while the 95-96 Sweet 16 run was a testament to Richardson's coaching ability given the roster turnover from 94-95 it also signaled the beginning of the end of the Razorbacks being an elite program under his leadership. I don't know if it was Kentucky taking over the SEC, but recruiting really fell off after the National Title which is the opposite of what one would expect. 96-97 Arkansas failed to reach the tournament for the first time in 10 years. After that it was first and second round exits and few weeks spent in the Top 25 until Richardson was dismissed. To be fair, a second round game with eventual runner-up Utah in Boise in the 1998 tournament was a bad break. That team was Elite 8 good imo...
R.I.P Mike Williams & Yinka Dare
Nobody talks about this team I know the banners got took down I'm talking u mass ok think about 2 all-americans leading sat team to the finial four
I remember going to the Mullins center as a kid watching this team....bringing the newspapers shaking them yelling boring when they are introducing visiting lineup... When U Mass worried about real college stuff instead of being Woke.!!!
Same we used to sit on the hoops at the cage as kids. My dad and uncle would dress up as the Blues Brothers
All comics big Nate must be hockey players starting u16
WVU's last year in the A-10 .
This was a really good team
The 6'11" Camby
Big Tank
Did Chaney ever kick Calapari’s ass?
Big Country left NBA big man after NBA big man in the dust this tourney--- until the UCLA machine with 6 NBA players took em ... most of those 6 weren't much in NBA, fine...but to be NBA good in college, and all on 1 team? It's special (sure Kentucky been churning out 3-5 1st ROUND guys in the same friggin DRAFT, but still lol...) Oh and the only one that had a good game vs Country, on both ends, keeping Reeves under 20 pts for his only game this tournament was naturally, Tim Duncan. Duncan didn't score more than a dozen I think, but ill never forget (how could you), he had 22 boards & 8 friggin blocks... but still lost to my main man BIG COUNTRY. If you go back and watch that Wake Forest game (the game before this one), you see what the box score can't tell you--- Duncan did NOT EVER look comfy on either end against Country!!!
these 2 teams have something else in common, Kentucky beat them both in the Final Four that year.
CT.. That game was one for the archives.. Thanks for putting that up.
Looking at bro mike uooz williams one love miss u homie Hartford ct finest rip weaver high legend

Thanks for this, neat to watch. The Memphis center Allen was my PE coach and I loved listening to his stories.
Where was he your PE coach at? Does he still live in Memphis
@@courtneywilliams394 in Southeast Missouri. He actually still coaches in the town I live in now, which is a different town. He’s the girls coach here and took them to state not long ago, great coach.
@@papalog08 wow that’s so cool I love hearing stories of our former players and where they are now

One of my all time favorite calls: "LAMAR ODOM HAS WON IT FOR RHODE ISLAND!!!!!!"
I was there. My now wife and I drove 600 miles from Amherst with a blown muffler and the spare tire donut on to see UMass come from 13 down with less than 4 to play. This and Anthony Carter's last-second TD catch for Michigan against Indiana in 1979 were the greatest live sports moments I've seen in person
@ bt mass games do you have 1995 NCAA tournament second round game Stanford vs Massachusetts game and do you have 1996 NCAA tournament game frist round game central Florida vs Massachusetts and 1996 NCAA tournament game second round game Stanford vs Massachusetts and 1996 NCAA tournament sweet 16 Arkansas vs Massachusetts
Marcus Camby was such a great college player, and one hell of a pro baller as well....but imagine defeating Ron Mercer & Antoine Walker, Tim Duncan, Stephen Marbury, and Allen Iverson in one season....in the NCAA. Wow. Who else was on that team?
Carmelo travieso,Edgar Padilla we're the backcourt ,donta bright PG , and the FOWARDS fans dingle ,donta weeks .
