I dont know why he kept using the word glycogen instead of glucose...eg )" brain needs glycogen....ACV slows down process of conversion of carbs in to glycogen!!" Carbs first get converted to glucose that might spike the blood glucose levels in teh blood. Glycogen is the stored form of glucose! Glycogen is then converted back into glucose for brain or body to use!
Same shit copied and repeated by everyone now a days .. we all know it’s VPC to not have a big glucose spike.. also adding vinegar reduces the spike .. so bring something new to the table

Hie sam what kind of glucose monitor did you use or suggest?
Always try to start with a food that has protein and fat content almost equal, example egg. I generally start my lunch by eating two boiled eggs and then some salad and then the main meal. This will also reduce your appetite instantly, you can't eat much rice after this. Beyond egg the same applies to chicken leg. In veg option you can start with tomato soup with mashroom and broccoli with a hint of added butter or yogurt.
