1 medium head of cauliflower, cut into florets (about 2.5lbs)
1 cup all purpose flour (use 1:1 Gluten Free blend if needed)
œ cup corn flour
1 -1 œ cups water
3 cups vegan panko breadcrumbs
For the Korean BBQ Sauce
œ small onion, chopped
œ Asian pear, cubed
6 cloves garlic, minced
œ inch Fresh ginger, grated
â cup Low sodium soy sauce
6 tablespoon Maple syrup
Œ cup Rice wine vinegar
Œ cup Gochujang
2 tablespoon Toasted sesame oil
1 tablespoon water
1 tablespoon cornstarch
2 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds
3 scallions, chopped
Other Ingredients
3 cups cooked rice
vegan kimchi

Made it myself, strikes me as very similar to Spanish rice. Now, I know the Iberian peninsula is in Spain and had a large Middle Eastern population back in the day so perhaps some culinary osmosis happened there.

what I would suggest is to eat it with rice so that its bioavailability and all its amino acid profile is satisfied

Hi, I love your channel, how about substituting brown rice for basmati?
One suggestion is dont use olive oil for high flame cooking because it has a lower smoke point. Instead prefer canola,sunflower or ghee if you get it where you live. Also you can opt for a pressure cooker instead of a conventional pot which will accelerate your cooking process even more
